10/10 I recommend. I had awful compacted ear wax. I purchased one of those camera sticks you can put in your ear to clean it but I fumbled around trying to get the wax out and I inadvertently pushed the wax deeper and more compacted. My hearing instantly became muffled, I could hardly hear anything out of my left ear. I panicked. I poked, prodded, and tried to flush it out with a bulb. I made it worse, my ear was bleeding from the spots I kept poking at, the water was getting trapped in my ear bc of the wax so my ear was aching and throbbing and I still couldn’t hear. I almost went to the urgent care. I ordered this asap but had to wait a couple days for it to arrive and I didn’t know if I could wait that long. It came in, I followed the instructions and mixed water with hydrogen peroxide and over the course of 2 days I must’ve refilled the water bottle over a dozen times completely emptying the water into my ear. It took time but chunks started breaking off and coming out. Until suddenly, I could hear again! That’s when I knew the last bit was finally out. The pic is just from the last part that was in so deep and was so hard to come out. But there was more that had come out the previous day of spraying. Flushing with a bulb just won’t work if you have a lot of wax/compacted wax/ and or it’s deep. It is so convenient to just continuously spray in your ear to properly flush it out. This spray comes with different spray heads to get the job done. I used the tri-spray head mostly until the end. I took it off and just used the tube to be able to put it a little deeper in my ear and spray to get the deep stuff out. This product saved my ear! I hear with great clarity, it wasn’t painful to use so you can use it for as long as needed, and it saved me a trip and money from going to an urgent care.

If you could see the crap that comes out of my kids ears lol. But he would kill me if I showed you. Super easy to use. Fill it with warm water and go for it, has a handy cup thing to hold against your ear to flush. Have used it a handful of times and always does the job.

Pretty easy to use and it took 2 bottles to get the wax out. I did what others said to mix water with hydrogen peroxide and I also used drops prior. I was going slow in the beginning because I never used one of these before. With my husband’s direction 😆, this worked like a charm.

Great product, I just think I need actual medical attention for my lack of hearing. I thought this would help, thinking it might’ve just been earwax build up. But I do recommend trying it out!

I had impacted earwax that left my hearing muffled for weeks. My husband used this device after putting some drops of peroxide and letting it sit for a few minutes, we removed a large piece of earwax and my hearing came back to normal after a day. This saved me a trip to the urgent care and it was a little uncomfortable but overall painless.

I spent way too much time scouring reviews in search of something that would help with my 8 year old son’s built up earwax that was beginning to impact his hearing and finally landed on this. I was a bit nervous but when I tried it on myself first I felt comfortable with this device being safe for the whole family to use… and holy moly were we in for a gross yet satisfying adventure (kinda like popping a pimple that’s ready to blow haha). It took a matter of minutes to clean the device after I used it to prep it for my son and was very simple. The different sprayer heads and the option of using the flexible tube vs the non bendable tube was really helpful in that we used the flexible one when someone was around to assist and the straight one when you were using this on yourself. My fiancé and I had our son stand in the bathtub before his shower and we filled the bottle with the recommended solution (I believe it was room temperature water with hydrogen peroxide) and the bottle held a lot more than I expected which was a bonus. What happened next was wild… I have never seen such an enormous piece of earwax come out of a human being, let alone a child! Small bits were blasting out of his ear at first and then he started saying he could feel the wax being moved in his ear… soon after my fiancé started to see the gargantuan ball of goop being pushed out of the canal… with a few more powerful sprays the offending ball of wax reached the outside of the ear canal and was gently scooped out. Our son could immediately hear normally again and I couldn’t believe that this device worked better than a trip to the doctor did (he and I have odd shaped ear canals so they can never fully see into our ears despite complaints of wax that we can feel in there). The price point on this also can’t be beat for how well it works. Don’t let the negative reviews deter you… if you’re having a wax problem, you need this! My fiancé also had an enormous amount of wax come out of his ears. So far I’m the only one still having trouble but I believe I have wax that’s been built up in my right ear for many years and it’s going to take more time for it to come out. I should also note that I did use wax softening drops in our son’s ear 2 weeks before using this on him so I’m not sure if that made a difference or not. All I know is this is probably one of the best Amazon purchases I’ve made in a while (works way better than those little ear scoopers with the cameras on them… also felt safer using this) so I highly recommend!

Mein linkes Ohr war nach dem Duschen oder Baden oft zu. Es dauerte meistens den ganzen Tag bis ich wieder gut hören konnte. Daher suchte ich nach einem Gerät die Ohren zu reinigen. Ein Arztbesuch ist zeitlich aufwendig und diese wollte ich mir sparen. Zunächst war ich aufgrund der Bewertungen skeptisch, ob Medi Grade mein Ohr freimachen könne. Die Aufsätze haben mich jedoch überzeugt es zu bestellen. Lieferung wie immer sehr schnell. Der Ohrreiniger war steril verpackt und machte inkl. der Aufsätze einen guten Eindruck. Die Ohrwanne hat ergonomisch absolut nicht zu meinem Hals-Kopfverhältnis gepasst. Daher entschied ich mich die Ohrspülung über dem Waschbecken vorzunehmen. Nunja, nach 1 kompletten Flaschen- Wasserspülung lösten sich nur kleine Partikel. Also ließ ich die Ohren einweichen , während ich die 2. Flaschenfüllung vorbereitete. Am Ende der 2. Flaschenfüllung angelangt, war das Ergebnis erneut... kleine Partikel. Kurz vor dem Aufgeben bemerkte ich, dass ich im Ohrgang etwas ertasten konnte. Also bat ich jemanden um Hilfe- so konnte eine Kugel Ohrenschmalz mit einem dünnen Gegenstand leicht aus meinem Ohr befreit werden. - Dies wiederholte ich mit der 3. Spülung beim 2. Ohr und auch hier konnte die 2. Kugel manuell entfernt werden. Fazit: Mit beiden Aufsätzen, abwechselnd und Geduld, funktioniert die Entfernung von Ohrenschmalz! Ich kanns empfehlen!

Very happy I didn't have to wait two weeks to get a doctor's appointment to get my ears flushed out. It arrived 2 days after I ordered it and worked very well. I wasn't a fan of the small bucket that comes with it, but you can very easily just hang over the sink. I recommend using lukewarm water (air on the colder side of lukewarm as a form of caution, I sprayed once behind my ear to see how warm it felt) , as cold can be really uncomfortable. It might take quite a few sprays to get the big blockage out, I used about 1/3 of the bottle when the big blockage got flushed out. Literally rinse and repeat.

Llevo desde el domingo por la noche utilizando el taponoto para que el tapon este más blando, me ha llegado hoy miércoles, lo he utilizado está noche y perfecto. Rápidamente ha quitado el tapón. Ahora le utilizaré una vez al mes para mantener limpios los oídos. Para nada me he mareado, es lo mismo que cuando te lo quita la enfermera, incluso mejor porque no notas tanta presión
