But in my opinion, you should use a wooden or plastic cutlery. I use it in the truck. It's convenient when you can eat hot food. The price is affordable.

The lunchbox is very sturdy and the capacity in which to hold food is big. It is easy to clean all you do is take out the stainless steel tray. I like the fact that it can be used in car and office. It comes with a very nice insulated bag of high quality. My only concern is the clip lock on the lunchbox is very hard, it might break if used a lot. But other than that I would really recommend this!
