I contact the company and sent a photo. They sent me a replacement order which arrived in good condition. Small leaf sprouts on the slips and healthy roots. Looking forward to harvesting these delicious sweet potatoes. Thank you very much for your responsiveness. Eve Review: Do not buy - The review of this product is not good but I still wanted to give it a try and support the small business. Unfortunately I am very disappointed. The slip I received could not even be called a slip. It is just a finger length stem, barely had any white root, no leaf and half black. The seller apparently did not bother to wait for the stem to root or be strong enough to ship. There is no chance of them surviving the shipping or transplant. I bought slips from different sellers in previous years so I know what a healthy slip is like despite shipping damage. This seller does not know what they are doing. ## Features - HEALTHY SWEET POTATO SLIPS: Each order includes live sweet potato slips ready for planting. Slips are selected for strong growth and successful establishment in the garden. - WARM SEASON CROP: Thrives in warm temperatures and full sun. Plant after the last frost when soil temperatures have warmed. - GREAT FOR HOME GARDENS: Suitable for raised beds, traditional garden rows, and large containers. A productive crop for gardeners looking to grow their own food. - POPULAR JAPANESE VARIETY: Produces sweet potatoes with purple skin and creamy flesh. Known for a sweet flavor and firm texture that works well in many recipes. - FULL SUN VEGETABLE Performs best in sunny garden locations. - HEIRLOOM STYLE APPEAL Popular among gardeners seeking unique vegetable varieties. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0BXFJNH4C | | Best Sellers Rank | #88,752 in Patio, Lawn & Garden ( See Top 100 in Patio, Lawn & Garden ) #1,062 in Vegetable Plants & Seeds | | Brand | CZ Grain | | Brand Name | CZ Grain | | Color | 5 Plant Slips | | Customer Reviews | 3.3 out of 5 stars 248 Reviews | | Item Type Name | lemon | | Manufacturer | CZ Grain | | Material Feature | Natural, Organic | | Material Features | Natural, Organic | | Moisture Needs | Moderate Watering | | Number of Items | 5 | | Number of Pieces | 5 | | Plant or Animal Product Type | sweet potato | | Product Care Instructions | Water | | Sunlight Exposure | Full Sun | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** CZ Grain - **Color:** 5 Plant Slips - **Material Feature:** Natural, Organic - **Moisture Needs:** Moderate Watering - **Number of Items:** 5 - **Number of Pieces:** 5 - **Product Care Instructions:** Water - **Sunlight Exposure:** Full Sun - **Unit Count:** 1 Count ## Images ![Purple Japanese Sweet Potato Slips for Planting - Grow Your Own Purple Sweet Potatos (5 Plant Slips) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71vBZePO6FL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very responsive customer service. *by E***N on May 11, 2024* The original order arrived and the leaves did not sprout.
