Nice not too heavy. Skin feel hydrated

My favourite moisturizer is the Anti Gravity face eye and neck cream by Rojukiss but unfortunately it costs around £70/£80 to get it imported from Thailand to the UK when it costs around £10 if you buy it there. I can't justify that for 30ml so I had to shop around! I've just tried this one and it immediately relieved my tight face, a little goes a VERY long way. You don't need a lot at all. It may be a little bit greasy for me but I will have to use it a few more times before I can confirm. Less is more with this product which is a good thing as it will last longer. My face feels very supple and soft though. I wanted a gentle intro into retinol so I will update this review in a week using it morning and night and also see how it sits under makeup. So far so good!

I became suspicious of the retinol cream I had been using, another South Korean brand, because, although it was effective, it was marketed as a 2.5% cream, yet was relatively cheap, and then, ordering a refill, I noticed that the "2.5%" had been removed from all the marketing and packaging. Not knowing the real strength of the cream I had been taking, but knowing that I am slightly susceptible to pigmentation issues with retinol + sunlight (subtle but noticeable-to-me pigmented spots around the eyes, if I forget sunscreen), this seemed like a good cream to start again with. After using this product for a few weeks I can report it's just as effective, if not more effective, than my old cream, while being more pleasant to use and with much more reliable and comprehensive information from the manufacturers. It has the consistency and appearance a luxury cream, with a rich retinoid aroma (not quite sure how to describe it, but if you know it, it's quite distinctive, and pleasant). It feels pleasant on the face, cooling but hydrating. I use it as a night cream mostly around the eyes, and by morning it's thoroughly absorbed, and my skin is smooth and plump. The pot it comes in also has the sturdy and elegant feel of a superior product. Overall I'm impressed, and judging by the compliments I get on my skin, I must be doing something right. The benefits of retinol are well-established and I'm immediately adopting this brand into my daily skincare product lineup.

Retinol is a different name for vitamin A, and this cream contains only 0.1%, which is a good amount for retinol beginners. I have sensitive skin and have noticed that cosmetics with retinol are working well for me. I am happy with how well this cream moisturises and nourishes my skin, how well it absorbs, and how it leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth after using it. As for its effect on my wrinkles, it is too early to say, but a little of this cream goes a long way, so it should last me for almost two months, and hopefully by then I will be able to see the results of its anti-ageing properties. The only problem I have is that the skin on my cheeks is very sensitive to cold weather, and I need to use a separate barrier cream because this cream does not protect me from cold wind and lower temperatures.

This is great if you’re a beginner to retinol as it’s a small percentage so it shouldn’t irritate the skin even if you do use it daily. I would recommend using it as a night cream only and to wear your spf the next day. It’s a lovely night cream, sinks into the skin straight away, doesn’t feel heavy or oily. Keeps my skin hydrated throughout the night and I usually have really nice glowy skin in the morning. Its also helped reduce some of the texture in some of my skins problem areas such as my chin and cheeks which is great.

This miracle youth cream comes in a no nonsense plastic tub with a screw top lid. The cream is richly textured but not thick and greasy. It has no discernable fragrance and massages into the face easily and smoothly – it's a very fine feeling cream, almost melts. It's labelled 'cream' but doesn't really say whether it's a day or night cream. I've used it for both and it feels nice as a day cream, not shiny, and is light and hydrating as a night cream. Very nice to use but seems a bit expensive for the very basic appearance.
