Great hoover/mop I’ve owned this for well over a year now so I can confidently say it’s worth buying. It cleans well on both hard floors and carpets it goes between the two seamlessly, you can set different schedules for every day of the week and you can make upto 3 maps so you can change the areas you want it to focus on and you can even set no go zones if you have more delicate items you don’t want it to bash into or a more delicate rug you don’t want it to hoover. Now the down sides it is noisy as you would expect any hoover to be so night time cleaning I wouldn’t recommend unless your a heavy sleeper you can set it to avoid being noisy at certain times but then it won’t empty it’s contents into the base station which it doesn’t tell you so once the hoover is full it does a terrible job of cleaning and your none the wiser as to why. Then there’s the waste water tank it stinks you get a build up of bacteria it the tank no matter how often you clean it I’ve found a small drop of vinegar stops that just add it after emptying it, then there is the maintenance I’ve owned multiple brands of hoover and none have been as labour intensive as this is it needs regular parts changing and cleaning and the aftermarket parts or none genuine are of poor quality and can cause more problems so avoid them you don’t save money in the long run because the quality is so poor you will replace them more often. But don’t let that put you off it’s still a an excellent investment

***Update April 2025*** So I've had eufy a while now and thought I'd give people more info on a couple of situations we've had. A couple weeks ago I got a notification saying the brush wheel was stuck on something (it's on while I'm out of the house in the morning) I got back and found it had hoovered up a tie, my children so lovingly left on the kitchen door handle, I thought it was going to be a pain to get out because it was wrapped in there good but no after a couple of unclips from the brush bar underneath it just fell out, was clipped back into place then happy. I then got another notification asking me to check the dustbin compartment for clogs, I reckon this was an after check from above, but I was surprised when I unclipped the dustbin (under the giant circle on top) and lifted out the filter there was no box to argue with it was just empty space so had it actually been clogged it would be so easy to unclog it! I also got my first notification to empty the dust bag today (I was surprised it really did do the 60days in our house - maybe a little over) so I got excited about testing out the hoover method - this did not work for me, the hoover nozzle was too big to fit in and even when I got it snuggly over the hole the cat fur kept clogging the hole. However I did manage to manually empty it by tipping it upside down over the bin and guiding all the fur out - and I'm so glad I did. First of all it didn't take long, maybe 5-10 minutes and secondly it had hoovered up sooo much it shouldn't have. I thought I was pretty good at clearing the floor before going to school so imagine my surprise when emptying the bag I found 4 hair clips, £2.20 in change and a fiver! No idea where eufy found these but had I thrown the bag away as intended I would literally be throwing money away 😅 just something to think about.... I then popped it back in and reset the bag on the app and so far seems to be working fine. I still stand by my initial review eufy is amazing and so far we've had no troubles that require customer service and it's even getting used to being on the carpet, I haven't had to nudge it in for a few weeks now ☺️ I will update further if I find out any other useful info. ****Original review*** Ok I've had this eufy about 3 weeks now so I feel fairly confident in writing about it's good and bad points. We live in a 2 up 2 down terraced house so not huge but reasonably big rooms. It hoovers amazingly, it's quieter than most robot hoovers, it even has a do not disturb schedule so when it emptys it won't wake you as that's a bit loud - but it has to be to suck all the rubbish out and only last 30secs or so. It picks up cat biscuits cat litter, crumbs and alot of fur. The mopping is good, we hate mopping kitchen it's alot of work with 3 cats and 2 kids so this was the main reason we bought it and after 2 months of not mopping kitchen I wasn't expecting much from this little guy - but too my surprise mopping once a day for 3 weeks has gradually cleaned the kitchen. Even the dried on sauce/gravy stains have been picked up and cleaned so I'm very impressed - just don't expect it to do it all in one go - it likes to chip away at it each time. We only use water btw we didn't bother with cleaning fluid. It maps quite well although there are a few areas it misses (for some reason there's a corner in the kitchen it refuses to do - this is where the cats eat so quite frustrating as that area needs doing every day but tbf I'd look at that area and say no thank you as well 😅) The scheduling works with or without the internet - we have the internet set to turn off at 8:30 am on school days so the kids know when it's time for school and this little guy is scheduled to clean at 8:35 even if I forget to turn the internet back on it's still cleaned by the time I get back from school). The dust bag must hold alot because our house is terrible for cat biscuits/cat food/cat fur/biscuits crumbs etc and after 21 days it still says it's got 1114 hours remaining - I've not tried manualling hoovering the bag to empty yet but I will once it's full and update to let you know how it goes. I've uploaded pictures from it's clean this morning so you can see how it does and the remaining accessory times after 21 days of cleaning once a day. The only problem I have with eufy is the corner in kitchen it refuses to do and returning to its base - although this one could be our fault we have it on a thick pile carpet in hallway but it's the only place we have for it and a little nudge in when it needs to clean the mop pads and it's happy again, after the initial morning nudge it seems to be fine returning to base so I think the carpet probably gets in the way but we don't mind giving it a helping hand, after all it does so much for us 😊 Haven't tried the multi map yet - this is something I'll try soon and update. TLDR: we haven't had to hoover downstairs since we got eufy or mop/sweep the kitchen floor - except the one corner it quite rightly refuses to do - and dustbag still not full after 21 days at once a day cleaning 😊 after doing downstairs on maximum suction, high water and 2x cleaning for each room battery is around 52% when finished. Oh and water light turns red if it needs topping up, but even this doesn't stop eufy it'll still clean just won't mop.

This robot vacuum is really good overall and makes cleaning so much easier. It picks up dust and dirt well and I like that it can both vacuum and mop, which saves time. It’s easy to use and gets around most areas without any issues. The suction is strong and it does a good job on both hard floors and carpets. However, it’s not perfect — sometimes it can miss bits or need a bit of help, and the battery isn’t the longest compared to others. Overall though, a really good vacuum that does most of the work for you and is definitely worth having.

I bought the eufy C28 Omni to handle our upstairs floor, which has a mix of low-to-medium pile carpets, smooth tiled bathroom, and a textured cobblestone-style shower room floor. After several days of daily use, I’m impressed overall. The mopping performance stands out. Even on the tiled and textured cobblestone bathroom floors, it does a thorough job and leaves very little surface water behind, the floors feel properly clean and dry quickly afterwards. It transitions well between the carpets and hard floors too, adjusting automatically without any issues. Navigation has been mostly reliable, though it did get stuck a couple of times on a desk leg. I just added a virtual boundary in the app and it’s been fine since. One small thing I’ve noticed is that the black finish scuffs pretty easily when it bumps into furniture or baseboards. It’s purely cosmetic, but something to be aware of if you’re picky about keeping it looking brand new. The app itself has a really clean and easy to use interface. Setting up rooms and schedules is straightforward (We have it clean once a day at 12PM). My only minor complaint is that I accidentally divided one room while mapping and now I can’t delete the extra section or merge it back, my only option is to do a full re-map, hopefully that gets fixed in a future update. The base station is noticeably slimmer than other models like the Dreame L40 Ultra, which is perfect for our space. It looks well-made and actually quite sleek, sitting in the corner. Another big plus is how quiet it runs. We hardly notice it working, even during meetings or when we’re on calls. Overall, I’m really pleased with this purchase. It handles the variety of floor types upstairs really well, mops effectively, and stays out of the way. Solid choice if you’re after a reliable robot vacuum/mop combo. Overall, this is a strong robot vacuum/mop combo. It handles mixed floor types effectively, mops thoroughly, and stays relatively out of the way. She's called Effy and she's just cleaned my entire 1200sqft apartment without fuss. Set up on the app was pretty easy, it took me two goes to map out the place because I hadn't ensured doors were fully open and a couple of things moved off the floor. She's very intelligent and cleans very logically, going around the edges of the space first, then going up and down the middle. I schedule her to clean the open plan living/kitchen/dining area from 5.30am this morning and I awoke to sparkling wooden floors. Effy is compact and is tucked inconspicuously away beside my sofa but she has enough manoeuvring space because she can get under the sofas with ease. She's not noisy apart from the base sucking out the dirt box when she returns but that's no issue. I had previously done a good deal of research on these robocleaners and some had horrendous reviews with dirty water dripping issues and people having to mop up behind it! So when I read these reviews about the Eufy Omni C20 here, I was heartened. PLUS the terrific, almost half price deal I was lucky enough to get here has meant that I am more than delighted with my purchase. Effy is now primed and ready to clean my bathroom floors once a week, my bedroom carpets at another time and the living area before and after the weekend. And I can send her off to clean a room in an instant if we've made a mess. The (retired) Old Boy told me not to buy this, so I ignored him because I still work fulltime and the floor cleaning reminders and bribes of cups of tea don't often work... ;)

Been using this for a while now and honestly, it’s been really great! The setup took way less time than I thought it would, and the video guides included made everything pretty straightforward. I’ve got long hair, so I’m used to dealing with brushes getting clogged up all the time. That hasn’t happened with this one, which has been nice. It picks up the everyday dust and bits around the house, the mopping works well, and I don’t feel like I need to go back over the floors afterwards. Exactly what I wanted!

The Eufy C28 Omni has exceeded my expectations. The suction power is fantastic, picking up dust, hair, and debris with ease, while the self-cleaning mop leaves floors noticeably cleaner. The all-in-one station makes maintenance almost effortless, and the obstacle avoidance works very well around furniture and cables. Setup was quick, the app is easy to use, and the mapping is accurate. It saves me a huge amount of time and keeps my home consistently clean. Highly recommended!

Yeah, it cleans well. The vacuum's decent, only misses a few spots sometimes. The mop's great for us since our hard floors rarely get stained. It's pretty quiet too, even on the stronger vacuum settings. The mop function is good, not excellent or great, just good enough. It cleans itself, it does fine, but it misses patches between the two mop heads, and the cleaning pattern isn't good enough to get full coverage as it sometimes gaps. The pattern needs to overlap more as it does its passes. Same with the vacuum, to be fair. The navigation and obstacle avoidance capabilities of the device are significantly lacking. While it can detect and avoid certain objects such as individuals, it frequently collides with furniture, including table and chair legs, and even walls. This results in numerous loud impacts, particularly in specific areas of the residence, creating a disturbance akin to furniture being repositioned. The primary source of noise emanates from these collisions, and a preference for the vacuum's operational sound is expressed.

När jag lyfte detta med Amazon.se fick jag en ny dammsugare – också den med UK-kontakt. Jag lyfte det en gång till med Amazon.se men det är tydligen omöjligt att få en vanlig kontakt eller adapter, så var medveten om detta när ni köper dammsugaren.
