Will not fit a 5.9L cummins unless you modified and installed/relocated oil filter and housing from 8.3/m10 cummins to your 5.9L cummins which highly unlikely and waste of time to do so even on a 5.9 Bus/DP. Your 5.9 is a much smaller oil filter.

Will this fit on the 5.0 cummings that nissan has out?

I don't think so. I use it on a 6 cyl. ISL 9 Cummins 8.9 L. Set up a Amazon Garage with this vehicle in it and search filters. It will tell you what filters will fit. Good luck.

My 450 Cummins maintenance schedule requires oil and filter changes. These are the filters the OEM uses and the cost of these engines. DO NOT USE INFERIOR FILTERS. At 700,000 and still going it makes sense.
