It's immediately ready microwaved and the cilantro lime seasoning is perfect for anything savory under the sun . Add some guacamole/salsa (a great value on Amazon in big container ) to a few pats of butter in a small pan to reduce a bit, and pour over the rice . . . creamy and luscious . A nice accompaniment to a broiled, baked or sauteed chicken thigh or breast for a perfect dietary exchange . Read directions on package for microwaving, its the correct instructions . Chef Gregory

I use this in a special recipe. Good flavor and just the right amount.

Same problem as before
The use by date is too close to the time of purchase. I don't use it every week, so I would prefer to have a longer window of time to use. The flavor is good, but it has large clumps. I followed instructions to massage the package before cooking and the clumps have been a problem with every package. I decided to take a second chance and purchased it again. Same problem as before, hard clumps and a 2 month window to use. I have purchased other flavors in this brand without these issues. I will Not but the cilantro like again.

Love this stuff!
This rice is excellent. It’s very good and goes with anything. I often add it to soup. Best brand of yellow rice out there for the microwave. Very highly recommended
