I thought it would be a microfiber material but it’s actually a super soft throw like material has a snap button at the collar which is nice for a snug fit

Little One is Obsessed
My son loves it! He wants to wear it all the time and begs to take a bath so he can use it for its intended purpose. The stomach area for a 3-5T is a little tighter than expected. My son wears a 3T and all his clothes fit him normally. I think it may not last him through size 5T with the stomach dimensions. He’s obsessed with orange, and I thought it wouldn’t be as cute as the green one. However, he looks quite cute in it. A little annoyed I can’t dry it in the dryer, but it’s overall fabulous.
