Below this paragraph is the text of my original review. I contacted Customer Service and complained about the battery life. They resolved it and my new battery life is incredible; I had to log back in and change my review. Not only is this a great product, the Customer Service in incredibly good. I have many multi-teeth bridges that are very difficult to floss. I bought this to see if it could help me do a better job. I love the way it seems to clean those areas using the pulsing floss attachment. However, the battery runs down way too soon...and I only use it for flossing. I imagine if I used it for the toothbrush also, the battery would run down before I got to the flossing aspect. I liked it so much, I bought one for wife and my Periodontist. His assistant called me with his review; he understood the concept and had heard about it, saying he was not too sure it would/could do a reasonable job. My dentist has been hassling me for YEARS to floss more. I always leave with the intention to floss more, and inevitably the habit never forms because flossing is just so unpleasant and makes my gums bleed. Cut to my last visit, dentist recommends a water flosser. I shopped around and found JetPik... I already had an electric toothbrush but it was getting old and I decided this one seemed like a good fit: convenient (2 in 1), travel friendly, and the price was right. I'm very happy with my purchase. I use it mainly in the shower, bc the water flossing part can bet a bit messy (water everywhere when I first used it). But, it does get easier as you become more familiar with it. And my teeth feel so clean now! I'm truly amazed. Can't wait to hear what the dentist says next time!

Great alternative if you don't like flossing. It helps you to keep your gums healthier. It comes with some accessories too like brushes, tongue scraper etc. It doesn't have a water container like waterpik, you just put the tube into any cup to suck up water therefore you save counter spaces in your bathroom. Overall i think is a great product will recommend.

I’d previously thought that this company stood behind this product. Or maybe you just get one replacement. The replacement they provided only lasted a few months. I wrote them and never heard back. For what they charge it seems like they could afford to honor their warranty. So their products fail and fail often. Their warranty is not worth a dime. Stay away!
