I have used this product for about 3 months now and I can say that I definitely see improvement in my digestive tract. I'm pleased with its effectiveness. I does have a slight taste, but it is not offensive. I don't drink it in plain water, I put it in any other beverage though and it's fine.

It was recommended to me to add this to my morning coffee by my dietician. It dissolves nicely. It will mix in with a brother or just a spoon and does not change the taste. The premeasured scopper could have a shorter handle.... when the container is just opened the stopper doesn't fit in the powder unless you really bury it.

Im a CrossFitter and Sport Massage Therapist. I take this to help my muscle recovery since Im using my body on a daily basis. Much needed for an active lifestyle. I do feel some difference in my body. Its gonna be a subtle feel versus something you will feel right away. There is no taste and no smell and the texture is smooth silky powder. Its easy to use. Just one scoop I take first thing in the morning. This brand is always a great brand so value for the money is pretty good as the quality is good.

It’s definitely a lot for the amount you pay. I bought this mainly for gut support so I think it’s a little too early to tell if the advertised health benefits are working after a couple tries, but the powder dilutes well in any liquid. Taste is okay and looking at the ingredients, it’s a single-ingredient product so that’s reassuring. I’ve used other Sports Research vitamins before and quality is always top notch so I’m confident this will deliver as well.
