GANA Wii to hdmi Converter, wii to hdmi Adapter, wii to hdmi1080p 720p Connector Output Video & 3.5mm Audio - Supports All Wii Display Modes

Having upgraded my old Hisense TV to a new & current model TLC 65" 4k (with only HDMI sockets on it) the grandchildren still wanted to play their Wii games on this new TV. Bought ths GANA Wii to HDMI converter to try out. WOW - it works very well. The GANA device plugs into the Wii TV socket - so there no cable between them. Then the included HDMI cable plugs into the GANA device and the other end into the HDMI socket on the back of the TLC 65" TV. Switched on TV & Wii and it all works very well. The Wii picture fills the entire 65" screen. And is clear. - see photo. Very pleased.

This one was plug and play, had no issues setting this up on my old family we was nice to see the picture in much better quality almost like what I imagined it was like when I was younger.

Was sceptical having read some reviews but this is a simple 'plug and play' device which worked straight out of the box. Only downside is that the supplied HDMI cable was too short for our installation but that is down to our set-up and not the supplier. Very pleased! All functions work as expected.

I wanted to do a review for this one being a gamer and having a 4k TV with no av port. So I did buy an upscale device once for the wii and it was terrible, it looked all blocky, rough an the image was dark. I noticed this for awhile but was worried it would be like the other I bought and I was very surprised how great the image was, just plug it in the back, set the wii to 480p in settings and you got yourself a lovely picture that's perfectly playable. Highly recommended if you want to bring your old wii back to life on the big screen.

I did not even know that this Wii to HDMI Converter was a thing that was available...until I found myself in a situation where it was needed. My family finally decided to upgrade our TV to a larger, 4K TV...and, unlike our previous TV, the new one does not have the RCA A/V Inputs that the Wii was designed to use. Instead, it has only several HDMI Ports and one set of Composite Ports. We don't play the Wii an incredibly large amount these days...because I have a Switch...but we still have a bunch of great games for the Wii, so I wasn't ready to abandon the system just yet. Now I don't have to...because all I had to do was order this AMAZING and Inexpensive Adapter! It literally just plugs into the Wii and allows you to connect to the TV via HDMI. It takes seconds to install and provides a better connection and picture than what we had before. Amazing, Must Have Item for anyone who loves the Wii and wants to hang on to it...without having to keep your outdated TV!
