ABLEGRID Smart Bathroom Scale for Body Weight and Fat, Rechargeable

So I had this scale for a year and a month now. Without constant use the battery lasts A LOT longer than 90 days! I don't have a family that uses it and occasionally I'll weigh myself every day for a week but sometimes I don't weigh myself for a whole month and between the day I got it back in May 2025 to June 2026 I only charged it like 1-2 times. The latest time i charged it was June 7, 2026. So the battery life is AMAZING! 😁 I also love that it can track and update my Apple Health app as well if you get the apps to work together 😁 so that's nice. The only thing I don't really like is if you're a bigger person like myself with thick birthing thighs, you need long shorts or leggings to have a mild accurate reading. The foot placement is also important and again as a thick person, foot placement can be difficult because it can dramatically affect the readings. The size is perfect if you're mildly small thighed 🤣 the value for what you receive is amazing! I like that there's absolutely 0 subscription fee like a lot of places now do for full tracking capabilities! I really do recommend getting this and I do share the Amazon link often to friends and family who are looking for a scale to help track 😁! I also love that it has how far percentage wise to your goal weight you have completed! I'm 28.7% to my goal weight of 145.1lbs! :)

I find this scale to be really impressive and interesting! You do have to download an app to be able to use the full amenities, but it is worth it. The app allows for easy tracking, reading of information/stats, and it doesn’t take that long. You can still use the scale without the app and be able to see majority of what is on the app, but you just will not be able to go as in depth. I would assume it tracks weight correctly, though I am not sure how you would ensure it is. It provides context beyond your simple weight which I think makes it worth the money. It is easy to clean like any other scale you would own, the only difference is you have to occasionally charge it. It does hold its charge for a very long time and alerts you before “giving out”. Overall, I think if you are looking for a smart scale then this one is a great option! And it’s pink;)

I've used InBody body composition analyzer stand up scales available at high-end gyms, but the ABLEGRID Body Fat Scale is surprisingly consistent in readings and is very convenient to use. All this available at its price point is frankly amazing. I love that it's rechargable and needs a recharge only every 3-4 months or so. The Fitdays app connects to my Samsung Health app, and I now have a readout of activity from years before the purchase to the detailed fat mass, body fat percentage, muscle mass, BMI, readings showing low/normal/high range for all those at the Samsung Health app now. One thing I've noticed though is that the heart rate monitor seems inaccurate with my readings being very high, despite my manual measurements (finger to neck) being much more in normal range. Besides that, if I think the food and exercise I had the previous day should affect my readings up or down, the ABLEGRID Body Fat Scale reflects it consistently. I therefore don't understand the complaints of the other reviewers. I've used this product since May 2023 and no problems, and I'm a fitness nut, swimming 1.5 km freestyle 3 times a week average and brisk walking 2 times a week for about half hour to an hour. I'm very satisfied and would recommend it to anyone. I've recommended it to my daughter, but she's not as much of a health nut so she's not purchased one yet (we're empty nesters). Some things, you can't control in life: the weather, daughters, and unreliable electronics.

Purchased in 2023 when I started my weight loss journey. Super useful for tracking all kinds of stats. Pretty easy to set up with the app. Has a good balance of information without being completely overwhelming, but only after you use it for a while and get used to the screen on the scale versus the readings to tells you in the app. I enjoy seeing the trend lines in the graphs in the app that show a good picture of where I was and where I might need to get as they change and can be viewed in multiple layouts. Also used by other family members, purchased as a gift - even a pink one! I also can ‘trick it’ and see what the information would be if I switch my profile. That helped me adjust which kind of protein, fiber and vitamins I need compared to what the labels typically say in the store. A visual information map of sorts vs. doing all the math has been helpful, especially since I compare it to my ‘non-digital’ scale that only tells me lbs, kg, and a few other things. Found this particular model based on a recommendation from a weight management program staff member. While there are newer iterations available, I like this one and see no reason to ‘upgrade’.

This smart scale works very well and connects easily to the app on my phone. Setup only took a couple minutes and the readings appear almost instantly. I like that it tracks multiple measurements like body fat, BMI, and muscle mass, which makes it helpful for tracking progress over time. The display is bright and easy to read and the scale feels solid and well built. Great value if you want more than just a basic weight reading.

At first I loved this scale. Ive had it for over 2 years and it worked flawlessly. I went to use it and I had cleaned the glass surface as it was looking grungy. After cleaning it I stepped on and the scale would not read my body measurements anymore. I tried everything the trouble shooting said to, still does not. I tried charging it. I tried uninstalling the app and downloading it again. I tried changing my demographics and changing them back to the correct stats. I tried disconnecting the Bluetooth and reconnecting. Nope. I opened a ticket with them and got a generic email stating that I needed to turn on certain permissions. So I did. No, still didnt work. I told them this. Still have not gotten a reply. When I went to attempt to CALL THEM. Theres no customer service number. Instead I got a link explaining that they use resale stores to sell their product so if you have an issue with the product you need to go back to the store you bought it from. This makes me feel very undervalued as a customer. At first the scale was great and I was willing to purchase another one until I learned that when their product malfunctions they pass the buck and do not care about their consumer base. I will not be purchasing another product from this company.

This is not my first body fat scale. Actually it's my fourth. In comparing weight accuracy, it agrees with most of the others within a tenth or two margin. It is repeatable with multiple re-tries unlike two of my other brands. Out of all the data presented the only one not very accurate is the pulse rate. It shows consistently higher compared to my Fitbit smartwatch and my blood pressure cuff. But that is the least data point I am interested in. The body fat percentage matches that of my most expensive and longest owned scale, but it didn't have all the data that this one does. What is really most important is the fabulous app that is simple yet usable, better than others I own. The only thing I wish this scale had and past scales I own had was a way to print a hard copy of the results to a printer. It is compact and easy/fast to ready it for boarding. One quick step and release calibrates it to Zero and instantly connects to app when app is opened and running. Unlike the last scale with all these data points, this scale shows actually real time weight. The other scale, after drinking a quart of water, would still show the same weight and wouldn't change unless you removed the batteries first and then re-weighed after replacing them. That was my primary reason for buying this scale to replace it. I am happy with this scale and do recommend it.

The product was delivered without a charger or a C-type wire in the package. The App related to the product crashes continuously. Very disappointed regarding this product.

I bought these scales because they weren't the cheapest on Amazon so I was expecting and hoping for a scale that would be decently accurate. I have been going to a dietician and get my body composition checked each visit and comparing their InBody 570 scale to this Ablegrid scale the figures are way out. Inbody says I'm 9.8% this scale says 17.2% muscel mass on Inbody says 37.1kg and these scales say 56.5% and every other parameter is out besides the actual weight which there is a difference albeit acceptable. I will see what my chances are for a refund to be honest, as I understand for the price they are not going to be commercial accuracy but these seem to be way out and what sold me on these scales in the claim of the accuracy with the state of the art sensors it uses. If you want accuracy, im my experience DO NOT BUY.

Love this. First smart scale I’ve had & I use it daily. My mother also uses it quite often now to keep better track of her health as well. It’s a nice unit, I’m impressed for sure. The app is very easy to use as well.
