This is exactly what I needing, and I got exactly what was advertised. good quality, no issues with the product.

Perfect and look nice when not in use

You will be hard pressed to find a better value for bumper plates anywhere after shipping. These plates come in at under $1 per pound shipped to your door and get as low as 60 cents per pound when on sale. As many have mentioned, the plates do smell, but that is to be expected of any rubber product. A day outside to off gas and then wash with some dish detergent did the trick for me. They aren't odorless, but they don't fill the room with the smell of burnt cigarettes anymore. Weight was also pretty accurate, with them coming in at 35.4 and 35.6 pounds. Roughly in the 1% variance range. If you ever see the 35 pound pair for going for 38 bucks, they are truly a steal. I wouldn't bother with the sets with the barbell. It isn't saving you anything compared to buying the bar separately, so you're better off shopping for your barbell of choice.

A lot of people knock the 35’s as being unuseful, it if you need more weight for your home gym, there’s no better value than these bumpers. They’re a thicker size than metal plates, so they’re not ideal for benching, but for deadlifts, they’re ideal. The rubber softens the hit, so it won’t damage the flooring. I still recommend stall mats or rubber flooring for protection. They look nice and I don’t notice any oily smell at all. So far I’ve bought 2 sets of these and now I have enough weight to do the lifts I need.

The Signature Fitness 35lb bumper plates are a great value overall. They feel solid, fit the bar snugly, and have held up well through my lifting sessions without any major scuffs or warping. The bounce is consistent. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that the finish isn’t as refined as higher-end brands, and they run a little thicker than expected, so you can’t load quite as much weight on the bar. Still, for the price, these are an excellent choice for a home gym.

Can't beat the price for these. It's hard to find anything for $1 per pound. As others have said, they are coated with some chemical that really reeks (and I have no idea how toxic it is, so I handled these with vinyl gloves). I washed them all down with dishwashing liquid before use and the stink dissipated fairly quickly. Plates shipped in pairs were weighed and all were accurate enough and closely matched. Plates shipped individually all had a tag indicating they had been weighed and were also closely matched. I can't say if the plastic is tough enough to survive having a loaded barbell dropped to the floor, but it seems if that's your style you'll also be lifting on a moderately padded floor.

Hard to beat the price. Pretty good quality; a little slick to grab and move at times but again, hard to beat the price point on this brand.
