Review: Easy way to add weight to your board game or D&D miniatures. - I am using these to add weight to several of my board game miniatures. Previously, I would glue pennies to the bottom of my miniatures to give them some heft and this helps prevent them getting knocked over during gaming. The magnets are self-adhesive, so application is very simple...peel and stick. Like most magnets of this style, the magnetic adhesion is not that strong, but is good enough to keep your miniatures from bouncing around in a storage tray/box with a metal bottom. Would definitely purchase again.
