We bought these because of the book Super Body, and these were recommended. I do know that I am sleeping better, feeling better, and I am down 10 lbs and I have lost 3" off my waist. Start with one, these are a diuretic.

Wonderful product! Was taking magnesium citrate but switched as the glycinate took care of my leg and feet cramps! Would purchase again!

I was taking a capsule Magnesium supplement, which was larger and more difficult to swallow, until I almost choked and it opened while coughing it up, sending me to the ER with my throat burning. After that unpleasant experience, I ordered this tablet version, which is smaller, easier to swallow, and I don't have to worry about it opening. I've been using several other Now Foods supplements and I've been happy with them, and this one is also working well. The recommended dose is 4 pills for 420mg of magnesium, but I just take 1 pill (105mg), since I take other supplements (including magnesium citrate).

I’ve been recommended this brand by a couple Naturapaths and it’s my go-to for any supplements now for quality and affordability. This supplement in particular is amazing. I know when I take it at night as I sleep so much better. Especially at the second half of my cycle no more waking in the middle of the night for hours. Or if I do, I can go back to sleep and not feel rummy in the morning. Occasionally I use valerian root but this I find is better overall

These mag glycinate tabs don't give me gastro issues like other forms of mag do.
