So I got this for my partner after doing lots of research. This 100% works. Ever since my partner has been taking this he's calmer, happier and even got his mojo back lol. It's not very nice tasting however he puts a pea size in with his coffee twice a day and that way the taste doesn't bother him. Let's be honest everything that's good for you genuinely doesn't taste nice. He's on his 2nd lot already and tbh I he will be continuing with it. It 100% helps in his day to day routine. There are a lot of cheaper products that are very similar so be aware, this is pricy but wow I understand why, I feel so much more energetic, and ive lost a few pounds in weight, my aches and pains have subsided, this stuff is marvellous and I will continue to purchase again and again, yes there is a earthy taste but I put it in my morning coffee and i now don't notice it, use every morning to get best results you'll be amazed

Put pea sized amount into green tea or boiled water, dissolve and drink daily. It gives the tea an earthy taste. Jury is out for another 2 months regarding cognitive improvements. Main things I am looking for, at age seventy, are improvements in short term memory and faster access to remembering names of familiar objects. There have been some improvements with faster recall.

Seems like a good product, but having emailed Stronglife several times regarding whether this is UK lab tested, they seem unable or unwilling to provide an answer. Shame, because its appears to be good quality shilajit at a good price, but I will not buy again as the only lab test I can see was done in India over 2 years ago. You need to be careful regarding the level of metals etc potentially present in shilajit which may be detrimental to your health. It does state in Amazon's product title that this is UK lab tested, but I can find no evidence of this nor have I been provided with any.

This in my opinion, it is the real deal. I have bought this more than once and I believe, the manufacture's aim is to maintain their reputation. It is the real deal. We tested it over and over. If you are looking to purchase, go for it. You will be happy...
