good for all levels
great book, got for the missus to understand each exercise and why we do it.she now does each one correctly and strengthening her shoulders from a work injury.as a bodybuilder I can also state it has kept me in check too as I picked up a few bad habits over the years

Good book but POOR sender.
I was disappointed that although I knew the book was going to be second hand it still said that it was in very good conduction. The person who sent it couldn't be bothered to give the book a wipe down. It came with what looked like food and dirt on it.

Great Book!
The illustrations and pictures, plus description of the lifts, are very helpful especially for a novice lifter. The chapters are broken down by muscle groups which is also helpful when doing splits.
