I am extremely happy with the gr8ful® Orthotic Insoles! After struggling with back pain, these insoles have made a significant difference in my daily comfort. I can now stand and walk for longer hours without any issues. The 3/4 length design provides excellent arch support, and they fit perfectly in my shoes. I've noticed a marked reduction in heel and knee pain as well. Whether I’m running errands or just going about my day, these insoles have truly transformed my experience. I highly recommend them for anyone dealing with foot discomfort or looking for extra support!

Hard and flat. No support.

I bought these instead of paying a co-pay to see a doctor. They didn't really help much so I finally made the appointment. After the dr. tried to sell me the ones he recommended, I showed him these. He asked if they helped, I told him "some." He said he was surprised they helped at all because they are too firm and he would expect either no relief or more pain. He's right-little relief. BTW, he recommended powerstep and charged less than I could find them here-and they help. They take some getting used to but do help.

Wow. Just wow. These are life savers! I completely ruptured my Achilles and had to have surgery in 2019, due to not being able to play sport because of Covid I have picked up running again. I was having real trouble with both Achilles and tight calves so I decided to give these ago as my other heel supports were not making a difference. Straight away after putting these in my trainers I noticed the difference, my runs have got quicker and pain free! Took a few runs to mould to my feet but stuck with it and now they are very comfortable! Can’t recommend these enough, they have totally changed my running experience and made them more enjoyable and they didn’t cost the earth, much better than anything else on the market! Thank you!

I recently bought an expensive pair of running shoes in the “super shoe” category. Unfortunately all the lovely bouncy foam in the midsole has been extremely unstable for my flat feet and tendency to overpronate when I run. This left my feet in agony the next day. This product was recommended in a YouTube video and whilst I was sceptical, I went ahead and ordered it. They have been super supportive so far and provide great arch support. Be aware though that at first the arch support feels a little uncomfortable but after 10 minutes of running I was more aware of just how better supported my flat feet felt. It actually helped me to run faster because of how well supported I felt with them in the shoes. I woke up this morning with no foot pain! I followed advice from previous reviews and ordered a size up (I’m a UK 4.5 in shoe size and I ordered size S for the insoles). It does feel a little snug in the shoes but these shoes are pretty narrow anyway and I loosened the laces for better comfort. The insoles are of minimal thickness. I hope they provide someone else out there with the relief they’re looking for!

As a 50 something who took up cross country running a couple of years ago I have struggled quite a lot with injury. Which to be honest isn't surprising. In particular I have had issues with my knees (the more I do the better they get), my calf muscles and my heel. Of these the latter is the worst because if something "goes" there that's me done for three months. Anyway, to cut a long story short these really work. After a run I used to have bursitis on my heel. Since wearing these this has virtually disappeared. I think it also helps with my calf muscles too. The only downside is that first time out I got awful blisters on the arch of my foot. This is because the insole is always in contact with this part of the foot. But if I can run more often this one off is a very small price to pay. Update: Been using these for 7 months+ now and I am completely free of pain in my heel and I no longer wear the compression socks for my calf muscles that I needed previously. I've actually put these in all my footwear that I use.
