Design HW 1660 Turbo XL 4L Hot Water Dispenser for Home

We used to have a frizzlife filter but that lasted about 18months. We've had this one about 5 months now. The filters are much cheaper and filter much more quickly than frizzlife but my wife disagrees with me... again ;-) I really like this filter: good build quality, plenty of choice for water temp and volume (up to 400ml). But I would say a dial might be easier to use as you have to press the touch screen several times to dispense water. It has a self-clean program. It has a removable drip tray so you can use larger containers. It holds a lot of water as well. It's easy to clean. The universal filters are cheap. The only minor gripe is that it can dribble a few mls seconds after finishing, and like most filters it can spit a little when dispensing hot water. Apart from that it's fantastic. It also looks stylish. UPDATE after 17months of use: it's still working as it should. The cut out/reset circuit has been used a couple of times but that's because someone tried to dispense water when it was empty. The descale program is great especially in a hard water area like ours. Going strong overall.

Ok so I have tried one cup kettles continuously flowing dispensers and fast boil devices. This however is perfect. It has switchable cup volumes, temperature and heights. It's plenty hot enough for tea and perfect for coffee. The reservoir is just right not too big but large enough so you don't have to keep filling. Great touch sensitive controls and expensive looking. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Replacing a smaller machine I was pleased when this was first set up. Purchased in May, no problems and it’s very fast. However a week ago I was about to send it back for a repair as the temperature had dropped by 5degrees and the volume had also dropped by around 50ml. I set a jug underneath and recalibrated both settings. I returned to the normal 250ml and 90degrees for a tea.. and all seemed to go back to normal. Can’t fault the Amazon repair system though.. and it was easy to cancel once settled.

Great water filter/dispenser. Quick boilinguses less energy than a kettle, heating the amount you need! Large capacity 4lt. Does not spit hot water, touchpad has a lock for safety. Great machine.

Yes, good looking piece of kit. However performance is poor. Unlike a kettle where the water boils at 100 degrees for a few seconds this machine just about hits temp, dispenses water and by the time its finished water temp has dropped therefore tea tastes awful (the dear lady baulked at the flavour). Coffee temp at 90, Hmm again not by the end, add milk and you can drink it straight down. The machine is also a power vampire as to display lights are on all the time. Switch the machine off then back on later you have to reset temp and volume again. Overall kettle is best.

Quick boiling, great value for money. Brilliant piece of kit, simple as that!

Easy to use once you get used to it. Nice large capacity tank. Good range of temperatures and volumes. We really like it.

This Caso Hot Water Dispenser has changed my life, One morning I counted my kettle went on 36 times! and they always filled the kettle, that was the moment I decided to get this hot water dispenser, now it just instantly heats one cup instead of a kettle, saving me pounds on my electric bill, its instant and we love it It has a large tank with a filter , you have the option of how much water you want to heat and dispence, you can use it for baby bottles as well, and the best thing it has a self discale button . We will never go back to a kettle.

Voelvo un dispenser che andasse a temperature molto elevate e devo dire che a distanza di vari anni non mi ha mai abbandonato comodo pratico con sicurezza bimbi e soprattutto funziona alla grande. Se ti serve per tisane di qualsiasi tipo o comunque se ti serve l'acqua ad una certa temperatura precisa questo è il dispenser che fa per te!

Really nice very hot at 90degrees. Tea and coffee taste much better as the water is filtered. I had mine under counter top.. a lot of steam gathered under press so I moved it to end , bit more open. Did the job. Nice and easy to use..large capacity tank which is great. We drink a lot of tea and coffee
