Very Funny
I think he is funny and I would recommend to anyone to watch one of his stand ups.

A promising start
The DVD calls him the new Sean Lock, ignore this, he is nothing like him in any way. A bit misleading to some people. A good solid show. Very funny and thoughtful. Good and original. Good to see he ends with my favourite routine, Madam Tousaudes waxworks, which first drew my attention to Josh. The show meanders to the end, I still don't think his searing works. I think he is funnier when he doesn't. The f word is used too often and seems out of place. Don't be put off, this is no offensive and very funny.

Wished I would enjoy more relaxed, but...
Supposed to be a good fun, but Josh had a voice problem (broken voice?) and very difficult to keep listening to his voice... shame...

Thoroughly Nice Chap
We only recently became aware of comedian Josh Widdicombe on panel shows such as Mock the Week and 8 out of 10 Cats. I couldn't catch my breath from giggling so much and then caught some more of his routines courtesy of Youtube and Catch Up TV. His comedy is observational I suppose but I think, rather original, gently sarcastic, and all delivered in his rather pitchy (and endearing) incredulous tones. He's thoroughly inoffensive, mildly cheeky and I'm always left thinking he's a thoroughly nice chap.

Brilliant comedian and well worth a watch!
Great laugh and terrific sense of humour! Really enjoyed it. Josh has an knack of seeing the funny side of any given situation and with his witty recollection of child hood memories, made me laugh out loud, I like his style of comedy, he's down to earth and amazingly funny guy . The crisp sandwich brought back many a fond memory! Thanks Josh for your take on the everyday annoyances and gripes. Definitely recommend to anyone with a sense of humour.

Lots to laugh at
I got this for Christmas (on request) and, unlike some reviews here, I've actually watched the DVD. I really enjoyed it. Lots of good observational comedy. If you saw Josh on Live at the Apollo a few weeks back, that segment was part of this longer DVD routine (talking about coco pops, cash machines and homemade jam). The DVD also has some bonus material including an audio commentary with Alex Brooker and Adam Hills, which was very interesting to listen to as they had plenty to say. Worth the money.
