Before selecting size make sure to check online or youtube to see height wise size recommendations.. It's good for pregnancy exercises, make sure you have someone to hold you, if you are pregnant. Definitely value for money.. only disappointment is the gas filling thing, its kind of useless & extremely tiring!! Quality wise looks good, size is appropriate. Apart for low quality gas filling thing, another disappointment is that there are no instructions provided to how much air has to be filled for proper use.. all you can do is fill it till it doesnt burst or just check the comfort in between before it eventually bursts.. 🙈

Sad little pump, ball is fine though.
The pump mechanism is abysmal. It wouldn't inflate a balloon if it came down to that, let alone the exercise ball. The ball, though misshapen, is pretty good. Love the colour, and it is sturdy, doesn't slip. I inflated it with another pump I had lying around.

I bought this lifelong gym ball for exercise and after doing my workout my kids starts playing with this gym ball so I can easily say that this gym ball have multiple uses. And if I I am talking about its durability, It's very durable, I feel safe while doing exercise with this ball and while my kids are playing with this ball because this ball made with the anti-burst technology.
