Can I use them against the wall for my shoulder/neck area?

Hi Jax, The Smooth Ball (Silicone) is best for use against a wall. If you wish to use the Trigger Ball against a wall please place it inside a sock to avoid the possibility of any markings. Placing the ball inside a sock also allows better control of the positioning and movement of the ball. please refer to the User Guide included with your set for further details. Best regards Jack Plyopic

How hard is the spiky ball?

I weigh about 18 stone, I can't say I have put my full weight on it but I can't say I have have felt any sign of it giving way as I use it. I wouldn't worry. It is really hard.

Is the porcupine ball hard? I've heard firm massage balls are more effective.

Hi Matt, Yes the porcupine ball is the maximum hardness for this type of massage ball, which enables deeper penetration into fascia and connecting tissues to increase circulation, stimulate the nervous system and soothe Plantar Fasciitis, foot arch pain and other aches and ailments. Best regards Emily Plyopic
