Great for pain relief
Awesome set of balls... Found them to be very effective for my sore and tense upper back and shoulders. Great to use against a wall. They are durable and the carrying bag is useful to keep them from going missing!

Very happy!
These massage balls are brilliant! It's great to have the choice of different ones. They come with a card with a link on which takes you to lots of information and explanations of how to use the balls. This is available in several languages. It explains what each ball is for and how to use them for different problems and different parts of the body. I didn't expect so much useful information to arrive with this product. I was indecisive about buying this set but in the end I went for it and was so glad that I did! Excellent value for money and it was a very pleasant surprise to have so much extra information come with it. It comes with a handy little bag to keep them in as well. I'm extremely happy with this set and I recommend it to anybody who's thinking about buying it.

Pretty good
These massage balls are pretty good and come with a PDF instruction manual. The URL inside the box (for the manual) didn't work and so I had to email the Company - got a prompt and helpful response. My reluctance to give a full 5 * review relates to the black "dimpled" ball. It's formed from 2 halves "glued" together and, for about half the circumference, the seam is raised and sharp. This means you have to get the ball in the correct position to make sure the seam doesn't dig into you (it's so sharp that, when you run a finger along it, it almost feels like it could slice skin). I've actually found myself using the pain, rubber ball more. When a muscle is actually at the point where pressing on it is painful - you really don't want something spikey in there. But they're def helping and come in a nice little drawstring, net bag.

Game-Changer for Tennis Elbow Relief
I can't express how amazed I am with this therapy ball set and its impact on my tennis elbow. It has been a true game-changer in my road to recovery. If you're dealing with tennis elbow or any similar condition, I wholeheartedly recommend this therapy ball set. I mainly use the fully round one, it has brought me significant relief and accelerated my healing process. The targeted exercises and massages have effectively alleviated the pain and stiffness in my elbow. As a bonus, because I keep it in my desk, I end up using it almost as a stress-relief ball. It has a nice weight to it so it feels nice to throw it around during the day :)

Heavy duty and wow!
I stopped asking my hubby for a foot massage for my plantar fasciitis. All three roller balls have different degrees of hardness quotient. They are not soft just to make that clear and I wasn’t looking for softer roller balls. They don’t roll or slip away and you get to drive the pressure level. I tested all three for pressure levels and the black knobbly one and grey spikey one get used up most. I love the bag that holds up all three of them.

These work brilliantly!
Used for severe knots in my neck, shoulders and back. I have been undergoing a treatment plan for the last 6 months with combined chiropractor, physio and massage appointments. I use the smooth and trigger point massage balls for my neck and back either in bed for 10 mins before sleep or sitting on the sofa in between treatments. I have found them to be helpful in reducing knots but would not recommend working on the same spot every day as this can aggravate a specific area so you need to target a different area if used on a daily basis. I've also found the best way to use them is to move to a position where you feel pain to about 30%. If the pain threshold is too high the muscles appear to cramp and this has a negative effect. Over a period of time, as the knots reduce and you get used to using the balls you are able to target each area a little deeper. I started at a point where my whole back had gone into spasm, completely seized and physio alone was ineffective hence being unable to work. 6 months on with combination treatment including the use of these massage balls on a regular basis has got me fully mobile again. I would highly recommend for anyone who suffers with knots.

This are too hard for deep tissue massage in my opinion - more likely to bruise.
I've not used these since purchase, and instead bought 'therapy ball plus' balls which are firm but with some give, meaning pressure can be increased incrementally.

Great service and price. Highly recommended
These massage balls were recommended to me by my physiotherapist for a problem with neck and shoulder pain. I've only been using them for about a week so a bit soon to tell. They were a great price and arrived overnight. A couple of days later I received an email from the seller with a PDF of an instruction booklet and was amazed to see how many other uses they have apart from my specific problem. Really appreciated this and can see that the rest of the family will use them for other problems as well.

Do not use against the wall
I have planned to use them on the wall.... They are too hard. And the trial not only left indents but also black marka... But nice branding, so depends on what the intended use would be... Tried to use on the door, then the spikey slides... A pity
