This crown is vey well made, solid, not easily breakable. It would be beautiful for occasional use (wedding for a bride or something) if you have a stylist or someone else to put it in, but otherwise, there is no way it will stay on your head. It is circular also (not "head" shaped), so if you don't put your hair up to fill in the gaps and give it something to rest on, it won't sit properly on your head. It has three small loops built into the inside, and comes with a few bobby pins, which is kind of ridiculous since they don't really fit the loops, and don't sit at the proper angle for the bobby pin to go through the loop and then through the hair. I feel like even a stylist would have a hard time getting it to stay on. When I tried arranging my daughters hair for it to "hold" the crown more (I spent like 15 minutes, seriously), it still didn't stay on longer than 5 minutes.
