Enough padding to keep all my bits protected, good fit, no horrible elastic or sticky silicon but around my thighs like usual cycle short underwear. I wear a size 10 UK, bought theses in M, feel just fine. They can be worn under β€˜normal’ clothes for cycling but the padding would show if it was anything tight fitting. I’ve washed them a few times and they are still perfect.
