Not showing temperature correct. In Delhi temperature is 8 Celsius while in clock it is showing 21😳

Is it an ac DC clock?
The digital clock is excellent that's the 1st impression .But it is not support with the battery. Hence if current goes off the time goes off. Is there any solution for this.
