Prepare for sous vide cooking properly with the SousVideTools 11.6 Litre Polycarbonate Container. The container’s universal design is compatible with all brands of sous vide thermal circulators, including Joule, Anova, Lakeland Wand, Gourmia, Wancle and SousVideTools iVide Cooker. Included is a custom-cut lid, perfectly suited for the Anova Sous Vide Cooker, and most other sous vide cookers, so you can turn this container into a stirred Sous Vide Water Bath. Our Sous Vide containers are made from polycarbonate, making them virtually unbreakable. Our Sous Vide container is capable of withstanding temperatures of -40°C to +100°C, whilst always remaining cool to the touch. The sous vide container is BPA-free, dishwasher safe, and non-stick — everything you could want from a cooking vessel!

Review: Does the job.... precisely. - What to say about a plastic tub? Turns out.....well designed, functional must have for Sous vide cooking. It has litre marks up to side, up to 11 so that's really helpful. The lid fits well and is compatible with my VPCOK sous vide, also ordered from desertcart. When filled, very sturdy, holds the sous vide well. Good steam retention and has a temp guide of -40 to 110c so keep an eye on that. Plenty of room to cook SEVERAL items at once. Highly recommended.
Review: Super easy sous vide - This is a smart bit of kit. I already had the inkbird app so it was mega easy to link the sous vide machine. First time I used it I wanted to test how easy it was to use the instructions on the device itself and I was amazed how easy it was. Press set to change the temperature then set again to change the time then start. It initially heated up the water very quickly and then set at the same temperature for the exact time. When it was finished it sounded an alarm. I had a container that I used for the water but you could easily use a deep pan. I cooked steak and was really impressed with how it turned out
