Low energy as you age & sluggish. Remember as we age our natural minerals drop. They need to be replenished at a molecular level. Lack of B vitamins & iron as well may be an issue. Great absorption and goes to work fast.

Strong medicine, candy taste.
When I found out my red blood count was low, it was recommended I try B12. After doing some research on the best type and best way to take it I started searching. I'm glad I came across this because it is liquid and has the folate with it. After about 21 days I noticed my legs didn't hurt as much after work. Previously I thought the pain was due to sciatica, but it was the low RBC. This has been a real help for me. Added bonus that it tastes like candy.

Delicious & effective
Very nice natural strawberry flavor (so a bit bitter but still delicious). Easy to use dropper. Pretty happy with the ingredients. Got this to try after being diagnosed with a vitamin d deficiency and it has helped.
