Just got this product and it came very put together with no damage. The packaging is adorable and the color is even better! The product works great over a couple uses and it’s very convenient! The company is also filled with amazing people, totally worth the purchase!

Formulation seems to have changed. Lighter colors don't show up at all anymore I guess unless you have platinum hair? My daughter has dark blonde hair and the lighter blue and pink colors didn't show up at all so was a complete waste of money. In the past we've used richer colors to good effect on her hair, but when we just did it the formula wasn't as thick as in the past. Kept it on 45 minutes and it still didn't lay down color.

Love this product! It has kept my pink hair vibrant, fresh, and soft for months! Cleaner ingredients than any product advertised on market currently! I suggest leaving it in for up to an hour for a stronger hue but can’t appreciate enough that this product pigments on virgin hair.

I used the Pastel Pink tone, and anyone who has ever had pastel hair will understand how hard it is to get good color results. This brand deposited the color very well and left my hair a nice soft pink color. I really wanted to love it but the smell is just intolerable! This product had a VERY STRONG mint smell which was okay at first and quickly became unbearable. I stuck it out for two days after coloring before I had to wash it. Shampooed it twice and my head still smells like a tube of toothpaste. I usually try to only wash my hair twice a week to maintain its natural oils and any color I have used but honestly I think I'm going to have to wash it daily until the mint smell goes away. It's sad but true that I'd honestly rather my hair smell like those weird chemicals from box dyes than mint. I never realized before how mint only smells good in small doses. Definitely won't be buying this again, but if you want great color results and have no sense of smell it's worth the cost!

Tried twice on my natural blonde hair. First time I did as the directions said and had no color. Second time I left it on for over an hour and only got a small bit of color on the ends.
