The included smart bulb wont work via the app they tell you to download-the reviews on the app are terrible its just not compatible possibly just here in the USA.Anyway the remote DOES work great with the included light bulb.You can dim the light, change from a brighter white to a softer yellow, turn the lamp on and off.Also there is a night light mode you push and it dims it down for youI like it and it has a small footprint so it is a space saver if you do not have a lot of roomOne thing that may bug someone is you can see a smidge of the light bulb over the lampshade-but not unless you are looking right at it and somehow exactly as tall as the lamp.Again the lamp is not huge it is great for a corner behind a reading chair, or an accent light.

This looks great. I wish there was an option to order it in a darker rattan but still has that boho feel without taking up too mych room. Like the other reviews I also thought the remote didn't work but 1 review said the remote connects to the bulb and not the lamp, follow the instructions in the small bulb box. Totally right. Dimming, brightening, and color tone all work with the remote now. Exceeded my expectations.

This lamp looks so cute in my guest room! It was easy to assemble and to pair the light bulb with the remote. I enjoy all the features that the remote can control, such as changing the warmth/coolness of the light, changing the brightness, the memory settings, the timer, and the ability to turn off the lamp from across the room. My guests enjoy this added little luxury when staying at our house!

I love the look of this lamp. I love it is slender and fits snuggly in the corner of my small space, however, the remote is not exactly easy and I do what the instructions say but the lamp will only stay on low. I can't get the foot button to work either except for one time. It was a little awkward to put together but not hard. I would not recommend this lamp for people with active kids or pets because it could get knocked over unless you have something by it to keep the lamp from falling completely over if it gets knocked about. The plastic packaging that was wrapped around the lamp in the box it came in had a very strong chemical smell so if you get this lamp get rid of that plastic as soon as you can and then wash your hands! Like I said, I love the looks of the lamp but not much else. Update; Even following the light bulb box directions for the remote the remote hardly ever works and the floor button only worked that one time. I just unplug and plug in this lamp each time when I want to use it which means I only have the one dimmer setting that comes on. It's a shame otherwise I would order other lamps. If I didn't have to drive 30 miles to a UPS store I would return it. I don't want to pay for pick-up.

This lamp is perfect for where I needed light & it’s really bright on highest level of brightness. Would like to have had it a little taller but this will still work for me. I really like the shade on it as it fits perfect with my decor. However, the remote control doesn’t work & rather than Amazon getting me help for a new remote they are sending another lamp. So now I have to take this one apart & send it back. Let’s hope the replacement one works as I don’t want the light on the brightest setting all the time.

Love this light! Nice quality especially for the price. And the remote is a bonus especially with a foot pedal control. Plus the light bulb is included. Fits great in a tight space especially with the design of the shade.

This fits wonderfully in a tight corner that needed light. The remote control is a dream - just follow the instructions - and super easy to pair with the bulb. Love the boho shade. Great value and terrific look for my reading nook.
