my baby loves this. it does not get old. we bought the Spanish version so the song doesn't get stuck in our heads. Its great. It's a fun toy and has 3 settings. One setting makes it run without the baby pressing anything. Good for younger babies. Definitely worth the money.

The Fisher-Price Glow and Grow Kick & Play Piano quickly became one of the most-used baby items in our house. From the newborn stage through tummy time and beyond, this playmat kept my baby entertained every single day. The lights, music, and colorful hanging toys instantly grabbed my baby’s attention, but the real star of the show was definitely the piano. And if you know, you know… the classic “purple monkey in a bubblegum tree” song somehow becomes part of your daily life as a parent 😂 Honestly though, the songs are surprisingly catchy and not nearly as annoying as some other baby toys. My baby absolutely loved kicking the piano to activate the music and lights, and it kept them entertained for long stretches of time. I also loved how this playmat grows with your baby. In the early months, my baby enjoyed laying underneath the hanging toys and kicking the piano, and later it became great for tummy time and sitting up to play. The mat itself is soft, easy to clean, and held up really well with everyday use. This ended up being one of those baby items that actually felt worth every penny because we used it constantly. It’s engaging, colorful, developmental, and honestly became a core memory item from the baby stage in our house. I would absolutely recommend it to any new parent!

This is one of the best first toys I bought for my baby because it can be used for such a long time. We bought it when he was 3 months old, as he started noticing objects, and he has never lost interest in it. We have been using it ever since. It is perfect for tummy time, for the stage when babies start reaching for and touching toys, and even for teething. My baby is now almost 1 year old, and he still plays with the piano every day. The songs on the piano are not too loud, and they are fun and educational at the same time. It is easy to assemble. However, as babies pull on the hanging toys, the side arches can sometimes become loose, so it is a good idea to check them from time to time. Otherwise the materials feel sturdy and safe, and I feel comfortable letting my baby play with it every day. The play mat is very easy to wash. The only downside is that it is a little thin for tummy time or lying down, so I preferred using it on a soft surface.

I'm so impressed with the Fisher-Price baby playmat with piano. Assembly was incredibly easy. Everything clicked and screwed together in minutes. The best part is how it grows with the baby: tummy time, back-lying with piano kicks, and later sitting up to play with the keyboard. The colors are bright, the music is engaging, and the mat is soft and comfortable. Highly recommend for any parent looking for a long-lasting, interactive toy!

This arrived in good condition and was easy to set up. The pad underneath is not super cushy, so use on softer flooring if possible. The piano is cute, they kick it and it plays a note, then often, a snippet of song. You can adjust volume to two different loudnesses. The baby is giving this 5 stars. he started using it just past 2 months and is OBSESSED. This thing is also as amazing as the ceiling fan. I wobble the toys and he kicks his feet. Now that he's 3.5 mos he reaches for them, and we remove them so he can (of course) taste them. He still is excited when we get it out and slide him under. He hates it for tummy time. This is not Fisher-Price's fault. He simply hates all tummy time and anything associated with tummy time. The design is cute! It is moderately sturdy. It's for a baby, and does not need to hold up to a hurricane. It's a good size for babies and he doesn't come off the padding.

I kept seeing this playmat everywhere and finally caved, and honestly, I get the hype now. From the very beginning, even before she could reach the piano panel on purpose, she loved just lying under it looking at the toys and lights. Once she started actually kicking to activate the piano, it was such a fun milestone to watch, she'd get so excited every time she made it light up or play a sound. The setup is easy, doesn't take up a ton of space, and it grows with her as she develops, works as a simple kick toy for a newborn and then transitions into more of a tummy time and sitting activity as she gets older and starts reaching for the toys herself. The lights and music keep her attention for longer stretches than a lot of our other toys, which has been great for giving me a few minutes to get something done nearby. Build quality feels sturdy too, no flimsy parts, and it's easy to wipe down when needed. This has genuinely been one of the more used toys in our rotation since she was born, worth every bit of the hype for us.

This is a great toy for babies during floor time. The songs are lovely and play for a while. I appreciate that there is an auto turn off feature. Putting everything together was simple and easy. I like the flexibility you have to rearrange the hanging parts. One thing I wish was better is the mirror - if only the velcro strap was longer so that you can have the mirror tighter around the arch bar. It's loose so it tends to droop down and not stay in place - especially when your baby is actively kicking and grabbing. In terms of durability, I'm surprised how it stands up to my baby yanking and pulling at the toys. No rips or breaks! I definitely would recommend this to any parent looking for a gym/floor time toy for their baby.

We’ve been using this playmat since my baby was 1 month old, and we still love it to this day! It’s been perfect for tummy time, rolling, playing, and exploring. It’s soft, comfortable, easy to clean, and gives my baby a safe space to move around. Definitely one of our most-used baby items!

I’ve been using this Activity Gym Play Center for my 2.5-month-old baby for a month now, and I couldn’t be happier! The piano feature is amazing—it’s currently the most used function. The music plays continuously, and my baby enjoys lying on his tummy, watching the colorful, flashing keys. He even recognizes the first melody and knows it ends with “rarrr,” and he tries to mimic it! I love that the piano can be detached and placed upright on any surface, making it easy to use anywhere—on a table, floor, or wherever you like. It keeps my baby entertained for a good amount of time. The arch with toys can also be used separately, which I find handy during diaper changes. I place the mat under the arch, and the mirror overhead captures his attention. He loves looking at himself in the mirror! I wish there were a few more rings to hang extra toys, so I bought an additional set of rings for about $5. This way, he can reach for them with both hands. The mat is quite thick and padded, and I’ve already washed it since, naturally, there’s drool and spit-up. I washed it on a gentle cycle, and it came out looking like new without losing its shape. We’re very satisfied with this gym and plan to use it for a long time. The piano has various modes, and I look forward to when he’s older and can kick it with his feet, but for now, he’s still too young for that. The melodies are delightful, and even my family joins in singing along! I really like the blue color, despite some opinions that it may not be the most attractive. The black-and-white arch is a favorite for my baby; it’s what he looks at the most. Plus, it fits perfectly into our gray and neutral decor, much better than bright red or green options. Overall, I highly recommend this Activity Gym! It’s a wonderful investment for my baby’s development and entertainment.

Useless as a play mat does not stay stable long enough for my daughter to play under it. Very floppy and flimsy.

Ce tapis d’éveil est vraiment top ! Le piano amuse énormément mon bébé : il tape dedans avec ses pieds et éclate de rire à chaque son. Les jouets suspendus sont variés, attractifs et encouragent bien la motricité. Le tapis est confortable, de bonne taille et les couleurs sont très jolies sans être trop vives. J’aime aussi le fait qu’il évolue avec l’enfant : on peut l’utiliser allongé, assis, et même plus tard pour jouer avec le piano. Un produit de très bonne qualité, pratique à installer et à nettoyer. Je suis vraiment ravie de mon achat !
