È un prodotto che, se usato correttamente e con le giuste aspettative, dà ottimi risultati a un prezzo irrisorio. È fondamentale, però, capire cosa può e cosa non può fare. PRO: Efficace su graffi superficiali e segni di contatto: È perfetta per tutti quei difetti leggeri che non hanno intaccato la vernice in profondità. Rimuove benissimo le strisciate di gomma o di vernice lasciate da altri veicoli, i segni causati da rami, le rigature da unghie sotto le maniglie e i piccoli graffi superficiali. Con un po' di "olio di gomito" (se usata a mano) o con una lucidatrice, riporta la superficie liscia e lucida. Ottima per ridare brillantezza a vernici opacizzate: Su vernici un po' vecchie e ossidate dal sole, fa un lavoro eccellente. La sua leggera azione abrasiva rimuove lo strato superficiale opaco, facendo tornare fuori il colore e la brillantezza originali della vernice. Facile da trovare e molto economica: È un prodotto storico, che si trova ovunque a un prezzo molto basso. Per rimediare a piccoli danni senza spendere una fortuna dal carrozziere, è una soluzione imbattibile per rapporto qualità/prezzo. CONTRO (o meglio, cose FONDAMENTALI da sapere): Non fa miracoli sui graffi profondi: Questo è il punto più importante e la principale fonte di recensioni negative da parte di utenti delusi. Se un graffio è così profondo che si sente distintamente passandoci sopra con l'unghia, significa che ha superato lo strato di trasparente e ha raggiunto la vernice o addirittura il primer. Questa pasta può al massimo attenuare leggermente il graffio smussandone i bordi, ma NON lo eliminerà. Per quel tipo di danno, l'unica soluzione è un ritocco di carrozzeria. Richiede fatica (se usata a mano): Applicarla a mano su un'area più grande di pochi centimetri è faticoso. Richiede tempo e una pressione costante e decisa per vedere i risultati. Per lucidare un intero pannello (es. un cofano opacizzato), l'uso di una lucidatrice elettrica è quasi indispensabile per ottenere un lavoro uniforme e non faticare inutilmente. È pur sempre un prodotto abrasivo: Bisogna ricordare che si sta rimuovendo un sottilissimo strato di vernice trasparente. Non bisogna abusarne o applicare una pressione eccessiva, specialmente sugli spigoli della carrozzeria dove la vernice è più sottile. Dopo il trattamento, è sempre consigliabile proteggere la zona con una buona cera. Conclusione: La pasta abrasiva Arexons è un prodotto eccellente e un grande classico del "car care" fai-da-te, ma non è una pozione magica. È la soluzione perfetta e super economica per rimediare a tutti i piccoli inestetismi superficiali e per ridare vita a una vernice spenta.
