Why is the battery delivered at low SOC?

To avoid accelerated aging during long-term storage at full charge, we ship batteries at a low SOC. This is normal and does not affect performance. Please fully charge before first use.

Why is the SOC displayed by the APP inaccurate?

Possible causes include lack of full charge/discharge cycles, high-rate discharges, natural aging, or extreme temperatures. Solution: perform one full charge–discharge cycle to calibrate.

Why can’t my phone find or connect to Bluetooth?

Please check: (1) Ensure Bluetooth and location services are enabled and the APP has permissions; (2) Keep the phone within 1–2 meters of the battery; (3) If using a Samsung device, try another brand to rule out compatibility issues.

How do I confirm if the battery itself is working normally?

Disconnect the battery from all devices and use a multimeter to test its voltage. If the reading is normal, the battery is functional and the issue is likely with the Bluetooth connection or APP settings.
