I got it for my uncle who is suffering with nerve pain issues. He has tried other Alpha Lipoic Acid from other other brand and he says this is the best one si far. He feels definite reduction in nerve pain and burning sensations.

The product description is misleading. Each capsule contains only 300mg of ALA, but as per header it is states 500mg.
