Good Variety of colours it came in nice quality the case for the markers is a plus it has a pocket in the front it's a value for the money.

Look and feel is different when you swatch on the ohuhu swatch card.For box swatches i used 270gsm paper and for line swatches i used 150gsm paper. The paper starts pilling on 150gsm paper faster but it's kinda expected from water based marker. It bleeds on printer paper( not that much, you can make it work ) but if u want to color ( use them in layers) normal sketchbook paper should work fine. I have a 150gsm sketchbook and it did not bleed for me. This is my first time trying these so I can't compare them to anything but overall i think they r fine and I'm exited to try them.

I was having trouble finding colors to complement skin tones in the basic marker sets. This helps greatly applying skin tones and accent shades. Of course, it doesn't do all anime hair, but it covers regular people well.

I had these markers in my wish list for the longest and I ordered them after months of wait. I got the 160 pack hoping to get 160 different shades of the colours. But many of the colours are repeated in the set. For example, colours no 10, 12 & 13 are the same, so are 1 & 2. Many of shades are new and blends smoother on plain paper. Definitely value for money but no need to get the biggest set.

Colours are good, The result it gives are good. But the claim that it they are brush pens which does not bleed is not correct. It bleeds just like any other sketch pen. My daughter loved it for its shades. 3/5 for that reason considering the higher price.

Perfect for journaling! The pastel colors in particular are super light and fill a nice gap in my marker collection for adding color to the page without things getting too dark! Very pretty. The fine point end reminds me of Le Pen.

Please forgive me for not writing this review sooner, as I've had these pens for some time now and I'm still very pleased with them. I originally had an earlier version of Ohuhu's water based markers & had several issues with them, the main one being that the brush nibs deteriorated until they were almost unusable. Ohuhu support were excellent, they reached out to me & gave me a full refund ( I think this was about 6 months or so after purchase), so I decided to buy another set of Ohuhu water based markers d decided on this 100 set of the Maui series, which I don't regret at all. The colours are amazing, very vibrant, rich & varied. The brush nibs have held up under heavy usage, for felt tips ( as we use to call them in the UK) the ink lay down is generally excellent, yes you do get streaks over large areas but to be honest they are the nearest in performance that I've found to Alcohol markers, depending on the paper being used & the area that is being coloured. Thank you Ohuhu for a chance to try these Maui Series markers, and for all your help with my other issues with my original set of markers.

I like the ease of using these. Easy on the hand, excellent drawing ability. Produce beautiful results. Only down size. They’re not bleed resistant, so are better used on single sided pictures and putting a piece of card behind your page is a must. Ohuhu don’t hide this fact and do recommend you do this. Not the cheapest but worth the money. 🙂
