So far it’s been maybe a week I’ve been using this product and I will say all of Ancestral Supplements are high quality and extremely nourishing to your body. But you definitely need to start off slowly. I was STRUGGLING with my sleep, I mean waking almost every hour and I felt so off, like my body wasn’t absorbing enough nutrients from food or my regular daily supplement stack. But literally the first night after taking this I was able to actually fall asleep and have been able to get amazing sleep moving forward. Don’t sit on this product! Try it! I am at 3 pills daily and may just keep it that way.

They have several good ingredients that are quite beneficial
The pills are easy to swallow but you have to drink lots of water since it leaves me feeling like I am choking. I haven’t experienced any aftertaste from it so that’s a good thing from it. I’m not sure about it being effective since I just started taking about 2-3 pills a day and haven’t experienced much from it. The quality of the ingredients seem to be good though.

Taste is not so pleasant. I'm seeing better lab results after 6 months of use. More energy! Better sleep! Improvement in weight loss. I've lost 20 lbs in 6 months. I didn't change my diet but I did begin to work out 3x a week.

Perfect fit for carb dieters
Just what I needed on a low carb diet, enough fiber to help with digestion, without added carbs. I found that taking only 3 is best for my system, but the instructions say to take 6. I have been taking these greens for about 4 months now.
