Great little screwdriver, easy to use

Good drill. I’m new to diy but it’s certainly helping do the jobs. I’ve only charged it once and it’s been used a few times so it’s a good battery. Cute colour too!

I have never owned a drill before but as I am in the midst of re-vamping the house I purchased this drill. It is light weight to hold and easy to use, the battery life is good. I have put a handrail up on the stairs, 1st time ever, and the drill went through the wall very easily in readiness for my rawplug. Next step skirting boards. It gets a 10 out of 10 from me

This is so handy. I like that it's cordless and it has enabled me to install curtains, shelves and artwork around the house. I'm a lady and it fits well into my small hands and it is so easy to use.

Buying this drill was a complete disaster! Yesterday, while assembling a bookshelf, I followed the standard procedure to connect it to the power supply. After drilling just two holes, the body suddenly went “bang” and exploded, sparks flying everywhere. A small piece of the plastic casing even shattered off, leaving me so shaken my hands went numb! Upon inspection, it was clear that the internal wiring had short-circuited. I'd only had it for a fortnight, and I'd only ever used it for light tasks like drilling into wooden boards. The quality is so poor it poses an explosion risk – if it'd gone off in my hand, the consequences would have been unimaginable! When I contacted customer service, they tried to shift the blame onto my operating technique. A product with such safety hazards is absolutely not recommended for anyone to buy!

I was really hesitant to buy this drill, because I assumed it would be junk because it's cheap. But I'm impressed with this thing every time I pick it up. It took a job I'd been fighting with for weeks and fixed it in seconds flat. To start off the battery holds a charge for a long time which surprised me. It came with a great variety of different bits I never imagined I would need until I did. I've only had one time it couldn't do the job and that screw was too stripped for anything. It's shockingly powerful for a small cheap drill. Honestly if you need a cheap easy tool to take on regular tasks, this one is worth buying.
