Bought this to help with some digestive issues. It does seem to help!! It also has no flavor which is great. Have been adding it to smoothies, tea and soup. My only complaint is that it is sometimes hard to get dissolved all of the way. Making a paste with just a small amount of liquid before diluting it the rest of the way seems to work the best.

I did my research AFTER I received this. I learned that the best time to take this is 2 hours before or 4 hours after medication because this stuff will absorb your meds and make them less effective. Well, that just won't do! I can't time it at all with the meds I take at different intervals in the day. I was starting to get withdrawal symptoms from my antidepressant and my allergy meds were working nor were my acid reflux meds. Forget my migraine meds. I just couldn't time this stuff at all. I couldn't even tell you if it works, I only took it for 1 1/2 weeks.

Works well giving me the fiber I need without gas. It needs to first be mixed in a small amount of water and given a good stir, then I add more water and stir again. Still it does not totally dissolve. After I drinking what has dissolved, I just add more water and stir some more. I continue with this process until I've drunk it all. I think it's a great way rehydrate first thing in the morning.

Does what you want fiber to do, but at a cost of embarrassing levels of gas. I tried starting out slowly using 1/3 of a scoop/day as suggested but even that was too much. Reduced to half of that every few days but still feel the effects.

Decent product. I think highly overpriced.

This product works as advertised. It hasn't upset my stomach at all. It is hard to dissolve, but that's a minor issue.
