Love it so far! It's replacing an old NEC 24 inch monitor that started blinking in and out, and I needed something that supported both my old tower and my new laptop. With the HDMI connection for my laptop, and the DP port for my tower, I can easily switch between the two with no problem at all. Being my vision isn't what it used to be, the extra size makes a welcome difference. The clarity is great and the colors are good, though not as subtle as my old NEC which was a premium monitor when I bought it. For the price it was well worth the money.

I've only had this monitor for a week or so, but so far I really like it and I'm considering getting a 2nd one to keep at my man's house so I don't have to lug this one back and forth every few days. Works perfectly with my gaming laptop, and colors looked great right out of the box, very little adjustment was needed. I don't know much about the fancy features, but I do know I've gamed for 10 hours straight and my eyes hurt way less than using my laptop screen. Over all, I'm very happy with the purchase. I was worried after seeing someone on here with a picture of the broken screen, especially when I saw the box mine came in had been punctured, Amazon has tossed the monitor box in a HUGE box with the AXLE for my car I ordered the same day. For what reason, I do not know. The box was way too big for only 2 items, one item being fragile and the other one about 30+ lbs just flying around in there. But the screen was unharmed so I guess all is well.

I ordered this rather than looking at a lap top screen in my home office. This was a nice size, a nice price, delivered quickly, easy to set up, and easier on the eyes!

Very happy with these monitors. Always loved the image quality of these Asus Eye Care monitors.

I selected this monitor because of my favorable experience with other ASUS products, its size, and ability to be rotated into portrait mode, or so I thought. The first video on the product page shows a woman rotating the monitor from landscape to portrait mode. However, that feature is not available on this model. I was also frustrated when attempting to register the product. On the company site, there's a graphic indicating that the CN code is above the serial number, wrong. I alerted ASUS customer service that the number was not shown on the label on the back of the monitor. They did not believe me and said I would have to send them a picture of the label. (Why would I make that up?) The Customer Number actually appears on a label on the box. I'm going to return this monitor and begin my search for a different Asus monitor with all the bells and whistles I need. Wish me luck!

Es un excelente monitor, ofrece una buena imagen y es útil sobre todo para tareas simples de ofimática o de internet. Es importante aclarar que si la idea es usarlo para juegos no es la mejor opción puesto que es un FULLHD en un tamaño de 27 pulgadas, seguramente en este caso seria mejor un QHD.

Missing the four screws that secure the desk mount to the back of the monitor. Called ASUS support and got a lengthy menu selection that didn't fit the issue, so I selected No. 1. Waited on hold for 15 minutes only to find out I selected wrong menu number. Another 10 minute hold so far with no answer. Will wait a bit longer and then just return it. Very disappointing. Received an email from ASUS a couple of days later asking for more details about the missing screws. There's only 4 screws and they're all the same. Nevertheless, I emailed a picture of their instructions and circled the missing screws. Two days later I get reply that they're mailing them. Another week goes by and I get another email from ASUS asking for details on the screws. You've got to be kidding! I replied to disregard and I'd just return the monitor. They replied "Great" and closed the complaint. Might be a great monitor, but don't expect good support if you have an issue.

Sadly i tried to save a few bucks by buying renewed. Save yourself the trouble and spend a few extra bucks and buy new. The first one arrive and both the ports were off center. neither the hdmi nor desplayport could fit so no way to hook it to my computer. sent it back and amazon sent a replacement super fast (gotta love amazon) the second arriver with no screws to mought the stand. instead of sending it back again i just rigged it up myself. Beautiful picture, nice bright and rich color. im happy

J'ai essayé plusieurs autres écrans mais elles étaient toutes dures sur mes yeux. J'utilise cette écran pour la bureautique, Windows 11 Pro, ordinateur Dell i7 14e génération. C'est ma 3e écran de marque Asus. Elles m'ont toutes satisfaites. C'est une écran que j'utilise en format 1920 x 1080, le seul format qui fait en sorte que le texte affiché est lisible. Je recommande totalement pour une utilisation bureautique.

Was going to get an all in one computer, but decided this was as good with a 10 year old ASUS laptop. Works a treat. I have the Blue light set at 50%. It seems too warm but I will wait a few days to see if I get used to it. Easy peasy to set up and change the brightness etc.

Absolute trash. Was very excited when I received the monitor. Removed my old one and started the base assembly. Found out that the 4 mounting screws are missing. So I had to use my own. Then When I tried to plug in the HDMI cable I noticed the ports are totally out of alignment. A waste of money.
