Insight into the prices of life
Captivating, thought provoking, insightful. The Opposite is True gives you the perspective of an FBI special agent whose perspective on life advocates for life of critical thinking, personality reading, and understanding the paradoxes in life.

Nice Flow for sure on heavy topics
I’m a chiropractor and from a young age have been a super analytical and critical thinker sometimes to my detriment by getting stuck in my head. The book is helping to ground me in using these skills more appropriately. I like the topics covered because in my line of work, you have to be compassionate, empathetic but also provide results. This book is definitely “buttering me up” not to be eaten (lol) but to further expand my mind and insights of human behavior that will surely help me personally and professionally.“We need not live perfectly, nor riddled by guilt, but rather live inspired and motivated by excellence and gratitude.”What a great excerpt that I now look at daily when I get up and live life!

Spot on
Love this book!

Disappointed.
Very moved by the story of the child soldier. But it devolved into celebrations of Elon Musk and Joe Rogan, men who I believe are less than admirable.
