The product came in fast with no damage to the product. I bought this chair to replace my old chair that had a mesh seat lining. This chair has a soft leather material that felt more comfortable for long hours of work and show watching. It was easy to put together and the structure along with the material makes it easy to clean as my old chair allowed a lot of dust build up under the seat. The chair is perfect for all sitting positions like criss-crossing, putting both knees up, and lounging. I was also very pleased with how much weight bearing the leg extender can handle. I was not scared that it was going to tip over when putting more weight on the leg extender. Unlike other chairs that advertised being able to recline (but not hold their reclined position), this chair can hold their reclined position easy and can easily sit back up with no trouble. Another thing that I like about the leg extender is that you can control how far out you want it to be. Because of this, it can accommodate to many user's height differences and sitting positions. I would recommend this office chair to any of those who are in the market for a new office chair.

I’ve only had this office chair for two days, but so far I’m really happy with it. It was easy to put together — took me about 20–30 minutes — and everything was well packaged. The chair feels sturdy and looks sleek in my workspace. Even after just a couple of days, I can tell it’s much more comfortable than my old chair. The seat cushion is soft but supportive, and the backrest gives nice support when sitting for long periods. The wheels glide smoothly, and the height adjustment works perfectly.

I bought this chair because it said it was rated up to 400lbs and the pictures made it appear to be larger than it is when I checked the dimensions in the description it said the width was 31inches. It was listed as an Amazon choice product so I made the mistake of assuming this was reputable seller and if there were any issues returning it would not be difficult. I was incredibly incorrect. I got the chair faster than expected. I put it together and realized quickly the seat was much smaller than 31 inches. So after looking closer at the pictures I saw the seat was 22 inches. The 31 is the width from outside edge of the arms. When sitting in the chair it does not feel sturdy. The footrest is flimsy and unusable in a sitting position, because it dumps you forward and you can't lock it in place to keep it from going forward. So I took it apart repackaged it and put in for a return/refund. Only to be told I have to cover return shipping costs. I checked into shipping it back and it is minimum 400.00 up to almost 800.00 to ship it back. I was offered 20.00 compensation to keep it. I am well under the weight limit of the chair so that is not the issue. So would I recommend this chair or seller to anyone? 100% no. Absolutely not.

I love this chair. I am only giving this review a 4 b/c of the return policy the seller offers. It took me a long time to decide to purchase this chair. It is a 3rd party with a sketchy return policy. I took a risk. With that said, I give this product a 5-Star Rating. To begin, I am 5'2" 105lb. The quality of the material is really nice. It looks and feels like good quality soft and supple faux, black leather. I love the ergonomics of the whole design of the chair. I love how the arm rests are padded all the way down to the seat, and the back of the seat cradles perfectly around my form like a hug, to echo another reviewer. It feels very snuggly...cozy. Due to my small stature, I regret not having adjustable arm rests. Just slightly higher would be ideal. I fit perfectly sitting cross-legged on the extra wide design. I am delighted with just how comfortable these cushions are. Reclining back all the way with the foot rest really is comfortable enough to fall asleep. The foot rest feels sturdy enough to stand the test of time. As for packaging, all parts arrived very well padded. The instructions are easy to follow pictures with arrows and coordinating, numbered hardware. This seller's product and schpeal is accurate. I highly recommend this chair.

This chair arrived fast without any damages. Installation was very simple and detailed instruction were provided on every step, making installation a breeze. The chair has a very nice and soft leather material and had great cushioning, making sitting on it for long periods of time very comfortable. This chair is able to recline very far back and is able to be locked in place, it even has a leg extender you can pull out making it even more comfortable when reclining! It is perfect to be used as an office chair and desk chair. I recommend this chair if you are looking for a comfortable, high quality, and ergonomic chair!

The chair is well padded and comfortable for a while, then the not so big and tall part happens. The picture shows a person sitting cross-legged in the chair, I assume she is 4'10" and weighs 80 lbs as when my 74" frame gets in the arms are a bit too close and when I man-spread my legs hit both sides of them and after a few minutes it is very uncomfortable. the foot rest is about a foot too close when fully extended and the back does not make it to 90 degrees where I prefer. Not a bad chair, just not a big and tall chair.
