This really is the optimal video card for mid to heavy gaming. Right amount of cores, nothing to complain about. I play my games at the highest settings, no issues yet.

For me, this is 100% about local-only LLMs, using Ollama. I first tried the Intel Arc A770 16gb. Big mistake. Intel chips have the power, but their software thinking chases its tail. After switching to this card, not only did I get perfect Ollama compatibility out of the box ( once I used the :rocm tag ) I also saw noise level go down, heat level go down, and speed dramatically increase with roughly the same specifications. I saw >70% speed increases on ho-hum LLMs used all the time, and 3x increases in speed for some of the game-changer LLMs. Overall it feels very stable as a piece of hardware as I walk by it and listen while it is under load. I have no experience with it actually driving a GUI experience of any kind... but for LLMs this one is awesome. Going to go with two and run them in parallel next.

Great value for money. Good performance. Great for gaming. fsr3 is good but not quite there.

Bought to replace a very old AMD 580 card and for what I paid for it (~$600) this card is fantastic. You won't be setting any records with it but you will be playing the most recent game releases at 60+ fps and 4k resolution. Would 100% recommend.

Przesiadłem się z RX 7600 XT na 7800 XT - różnica jest ogromna szczególnie w 2K. W rozdzielczości 1440p, ustawienia Ultra wszystkie gry działają super płynnie włącznie z Ray Tracingiem. Karta ma dwa tryby Silent i OC, na SIlent jej praktycznie nie słychać, ale ciut bardziej się grzeje, na OC kartę słychać, ale jest znośnie, nie wymagane jest użycie słuchawek :), zostawiłem kartę w trybie OC, gdyż jak wiadomo, gorąca elektronika się bardziej zużywa. Karta spokojnie bije na głowę w rasteryzacji RTX 4070. Bardzo polecam, tym bardziej, że na Amazon taka karta jest najtańsza (udało mi się ją kupić na Prime Day za 1880 pln).

Selbst bei anspruchsvollen Titeln wie diesem hatte ich keinerlei Ruckler oder Framedrops. Die Karte meistert alles mit Bravour. Achetée en août 2024 pour 503,99€, la GIGABYTE Radeon RX 7800 XT Gaming OC a transformé mon expérience de jeu, et je ne pourrais pas être plus satisfait de cet investissement. Installée dans mon PC gamer milieu de gamme avec un AMD Ryzen 7 7700X et une carte mère MSI Pro B650-S WiFi, cette carte est conçue pour les gamers exigeants qui ne souhaitent pas dépasser les 1500€ pour un setup complet. Tout d'abord, parlons des performances. Passer d’un PC portable avec une Nvidia 1060 à cette carte graphique est un bond colossal ! Je dirais que mes performances ont triplé, voire quadruplé. En jouant à des titres gourmands comme Cities Skylines 2 et Microsoft Flight Simulator en 1440p Ultra, je n’ai rencontré aucun problème. Cities Skylines 2, connu pour sa gourmandise, nécessite une configuration solide pour une expérience agréable, et cette carte fait le boulot avec brio. Côté refroidissement, le système est très efficace. Quand je ne joue pas, les ventilateurs sont à peine audibles, et même en pleine session de jeu, le bruit reste léger. C’est un vrai plus pour ceux qui préfèrent un environnement de jeu tranquille. La qualité de fabrication est à la hauteur des attentes. La carte est massive et impressionnante, normal, elle est équipé de trois ventilateurs. En termes d'installation, tout s'est passé sans accroc. Curieusement, elle ne prend pas de connectique PCIe 5, mais cela n’a pas été un problème dans ma configuration (alimentée par une MSI MAG A850GL). Un petit bémol concerne les outils de GIGABYTE. Je recommande vivement d'utiliser les outils Radeon pour la gestion des pilotes, car les outils GIGABYTE plantent (écrans blancs à répétition). C'est dommage, car ces outils sont nécessaires pour contrôler le logo RGB sur la carte, qui sert également d’indicateur de température. Par défaut, le logo change de couleur de manière constante, mais cela reste une fonctionnalité sympa. En ce qui concerne le rapport qualité prix, le prix de 503,99 € est tout à fait justifié par les performances et les fonctionnalités qu’offre cette carte. Elle s'est révélée être un excellent investissement pour le gaming en 1440p. Enfin, le FSR (FidelityFX Super Resolution) est un ajout fantastique. Il permet à la carte de gérer la qualité d'affichage en ajustant automatiquement la résolution au lancement des jeux, puis de revenir à la résolution d'origine à l'arrêt. Cela optimise l'expérience de jeu sans compromettre la qualité visuelle. It's a great GPU, been able to play any game with maxed out settings, while it dosen't excel at ray-tracing you can definitely use it lightly if you would rather prefer that. Raw performance is better than the RTX 4070 but a bit worse than the RTX 4070 SUPER, and mind you this is without needing to break the bank. It does have some coil whine but only after playing a demanding game at max settings for about 2 hours straight.
