Good camera and software: EXTREMELY bad Audio
Static is all that you hear in live and recording modes. The camera (& in fact all tape camera that I bought) have very bad Audio and Video EXTREMELY BAD QUALITY MICS making it extremely difficult to hear anything. The camera is good for video and pics only. If you want to record and monitor voice, steer away from this camera and this brand in general.

I highly recommend the Tapo C500 outdoor camera! It’s an amazing camera with powerful features like 360° pan and tilt, smart motion tracking, night vision, and weatherproof (IP65) design. Prima camera.
Prima camera als vervanging van mijn Agara G2H welke heet meer niet deed dan wel. Goed beeld zowel overdag als in de nacht, makkelijk in te stellen, veel mogelijkheden ook om aan te passen. Enig minpunt vind ik de nachtmode waarbij het beeld zwart wit word, ik heb deze op dagmode gezet waarbij ik dus ook kleur heb in de nacht en beter zicht naar mijn idee. Ai werkt goed, echter nadat de camera de beweging heeft gevold gaat hij niet naar ze huidige positie en blijft staan op waar hij eindigde met volgen, dus uitgezet wat ook beter is voor de levensduur van het motortje. Goed ontvangst ook op Wifi verder, echter GEEN lan aansluiten op de C500, maar voor mij geen probleem. Makkelijk om snelkoppelingen te maken met vooraf zelf ingestelde posities is ook wel makkelijk. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding prima 👍🏻
