It’s very comfy, not super bulky, and there wasn’t any harsh chemical smell. My only few complaints is that even as tight as it goes when I’m running it’ll move up and down with me hahah but it’s honestly expected, so it’s alright, the rope for the tightening doesn’t have a spot but I was able to tuck it underneath the strap on the side so no biggy on that, andd the arm band for phones doesn’t fit my phone lol but it’s an iPhone 16pro max so it’s probably designed for the regular smaller ones. (I got the 12lb)

This fit true to size it also has adjustable straps..it so easy the use nothing different for a person to put on. The weight it’s manageable am a big person and it not heavy for me it the right amount out weight. The outside material is soft n comfortable. It also have pocket to hold phone and AirPods

Great addition to workout regimen. So easy to put on and adjust to size. Removability is easy as well. I have poor posture and have worked with therapy, chiropractors and muscle exercises to help correct it. The way this weight vest drapes helps correct the posture of my spine and relieves pain. The weight distribution is great, not more heavier on front than back or left than right. I have friends that wear this to do around the house chores. I did pair this weighted vest with incline walking on a treadmill and was able to shed close to 10lbs after 2 months. Diet is important too! Highly recommend.

I wanted a weighted vest to help me keep calm and focus. The market for adult vests is quite niche. I ordered the 4lb vest because I wanted to keep the impact on my shoulders less. It feels like wearing a backpack with a few books in it. I am a smaller person so the front clip was a good fit, but for larger chest sizes the vest strap my not fit. The extra phone strap thing is cool. The zippers clink together and make noise, so I covered on in tape. Would not recommend using while jumping.

I started running and working out with this forgot I’d have it on until I felt the extra burn. Only issue I have is when you use it next to skin you get a bunch of black residue on your body. also could be a bit heavier but you get what you pay for.
