Amazing! Knocked 15 minutes off my half marathon time when using these. So impressed and I think the lime is quite tasty. My boyfriend hates the flavour, so I guess it's personal preference!

Lemon and Mint Flavour is quite bad
Out of other flavours that SIS does I think this one is the worst, tastes a bit like limoncello. Other than that does its job while running

great gel but packaging not fit for purpose
Sis gels taste great and do a good job but the packaging is terrible they have burst in my luggage, my running pouch, my wash bag, my bag pack, my pocket and in the post when they arrived. Avoid these unless you like being covered in a sticky mess.

The best energy gel with electrolyte
I used them during my last marathon and never had any problem. They are easy to use and digest. I prefer gels with electrolyte rather than normal ones.

Some gels were leaking
I’ve used and liked SIS gels before. Hoping the electrolytes help prevent cramp. Disappointed that 5 out of the 30 gels arrived leaking so had to be thrown away.

Worth testing out , I have a high metabolism and helps when low on energy.
Feel a bit more replenished after one of these. Tasty , might try one from the fridge on a hot day

Integratore Gel Sis Go
Ottimo integratore, lo utilizzo per il running, durante allenamenti tra i 18 e 20km. Lo prendo dopo alcuni km, seguito da un po' di acqua, e devo dire che una carica extra di energia la fornisce, un apporto di forza per spingere un po' di più. Gradevole il sapore e il gusto.

Try other flavours before you get the whole pack!
I like this gel but the flavour wise would be my least favorite. I think fruit salad flavour and Cola is the best with this brand.

Perfekt für lange Rennrad-Ausfahrten
Habe vorher oft die Gels von PowerBar genutzt (funktionieren ebenfalls sehr gut), die sind im Vergleich allerdings sehr süß / hoch konzentriert. Die Gels von SIS lassen sich leichter konsumieren auch ohne direkt viel zu Trinken. Aus meiner Erfahrung sehr gut verdaulich. Ich nutze sie meist bei Ausfahrten > 2 Stunden.
