What size would I need for a 10 year old ?

I used it for a 4 year old girl. would be to small for a 10 year old

My son is 7, very skinny and weighs 19kg. Should I get the 10-20 or the next size up?

Definitely next size up, they are quite snug but can be tightened easily.

Would this fit an 8 year old?

I don't know depends on the size of the child. I bought them for my 2 & 3 year old grandchildren - it has room for growth but probably only up to age 5 or 6. Hope this helps
