I love this product! Helped me with stomach issues

This L-Glutamine has been a game changer for me. I am just about finished with my first jar and I have experienced a huge difference in my gut issues. There is zero taste so I just throw it in my morning oj and drink it down. Research shows how important this amino acid is in supporting a healthy gut and for me I have less bloating, and gas and less pain in my gut. I would say it a very functional and essential amino acid for everyone. The price is great too, at 60 servings per jar, you just can’t beat it.

I have struggled for years with digestive issues as a result of IBS, EDS, MCAS, SIBO, GERD etc etc, and doctors have always recommended l-glutamine. I struggled to take it consistently because I didn't really enjoy the plain powder in water, so I was really excited when Essential Stacks released this new flavor and it turned into a really delicious drink that I now look forward to every evening - sometimes with ice! It's not overpowering, and it has helped me with consistently taking the supplement which has already started to make a difference to my bloating, bowel habits and pain.I also did a lot of research into the quality of l-glutamine, previously, and some of the other "high quality brands" are actually made with cheaper l-glutamine from overseas. Essential Stacks is the only one sourced in America and the quality is the highest on the market. So I was really excited when the flavoured version was released.I also love that it's organic and non-gmo without sugar or nasty additives, because that can cause its own issues for people with sensitivities like me. Highly recommend! Very glad to have found it..

Helped tremendously. I was getting all kinds of weird symptoms whenever I ate...spent some time researching it and came across "leaky gut syndrome" and this company's website which explained it, as well as this product. Decided to give it a shot, after doing the "megadose" protocol listed on goodbyeleakygut.com I noticed some of the issues slowly disappearing. So far I have gone through 5 containers of this and it has helped quite a bit. Take it between meals on an empty stomach and in cold/room temp. water only (30 minutes before eating works fine for me).My only complaint is the value; the container says it contains a total of 300g of the L-glutamine powder, however I would run out within 10 days or so when taking 10-15g a day. It turns out that is the weight of the container, and the amount of powder you actually get is less. A little bit tacky but I can't complain much for a supplement that actually helps and works great.

My go to. Good quality, seems to work. I recommmend this over all others.

Like everything about this except the Citric Acid - wreaking havoc on my IC, especially disturbing my sleep....this and another flavored brand with same issue.....will be searching for a brand without Citric Acid preservative....

This product is working to heal my leaky gut issue that I have suffered with since the early 90's

I started this approximately 2 weeks ago. I did great the first 8 days using this product, however the last few days have been super uncomfortable. My mid back hurts and my stomach bloated with some rib pain. I had a lot of bloating and stomach issues which is why I started taking this regularly. I’m not so sure it’s the product itself as I think it’s re-establishing gut integrity. I feel good overall as it definitely has had positive effects on my energy and sleep, I’m just waiting for the intestinal tract to repair and it could be too soon, we’re in a hurry too often!!As with other modalities, including dietary changes, there is always an adjustment period where the gut has to adapt to the changes. Time will tell.I think it’s rather expensive, but no more than some. I typically take Thorne research products if possible, but the price is really high. I do need a very clean product because I’m so reactive to low quality ingredients, and I am hoping the issues I’m having aren’t from this not being a clean product. I can’t find any real information in regards to where these companies source their ingredients from. For it could be exact suppliers just different marketing per company?Time will tell. I will lower my dose, taking one scoop 2x a day, to half a scoop 2x a day and see if things simmer down. I will update in two weeksYes, it has a slight bitter aftertaste that you don’t get until it’s in your system. At least for me, and I taste it for hours. Hoping this too clears by down dosing.UPDATE: The after taste dissipated and the other issues cleared up as I have continued to use this. I did down dose, but then went back up to 2 scoops a day. I changed the star from four to five. I do believe this is an excellent product.
