MAXYOYO Futon Mattress, Japanese Floor Mattress Twin Size Tatami Mat

I love this futon mattress / floor mattress! I have slept on it for a few nights now and it’s amazing! My back and neck pain has improved greatly already! Now if you are used to a normal mattress and / or have never slept on the floor you probably will not like it, or it may take awhile. It came on time and it’s exactly as I’d hoped and as the photos show. It’s a good thickness, I don’t know if it’s actually 4 inch because I don’t care that much tbh. As long as it’s comfy I am happy! It didn’t stink or have any smell or damages and was easy with two people to put on the cover. The zipper on the cover does seem lower quality than the rest of the product but it works fine and hasn’t broken yet. The color is perfect and true to images shown. I took it out of the box and used it same night and it’s been great! You could buy a matess topper to improve comfort if you need but I haven’t used anything besides the futon and blankets. I don’t feel the floor at all and it’s so easy and quick to make. I will be getting a tatami mat or wood frame for under it. Just to get it up off the actual carpet so it doesn’t get funky. Definitely a great buy and worth the hours of searching reviews. Definitely would purchase again. May get a small one for my car! I got the full size and it’s bigger than I expected but to be fair my space is tiny. Can fit two people and two cats. I didn’t have space to let it sit in the sun so I just let it out and let it breathe a bit before using and it’s been fine so far.

Never imagined Japanese mattresses to get this good but wow. Better than any other costly bed that needs a boxspring and a frame. Everything from the comfort to its weight has been excellent. Space wise its perfect and its quite soft and thick.

My wife insisted we get this thing and forfeit our comfortable real bed. I fought it for months but eventually conceded and we got this. After a couple months I can honestly say it’s the most polarizing thing to enter our home. My wife loves it, gives it 5 stars, and swears it healed her back from an injury sustained in a car accident. I give it a 3 stars because while it’s decently convenient and comfortable, I don’t find it near padded enough, and every other morning I wake up in pain that I never had before. Also, the little zip up cover is junk, and broke the first time we cleaned it. Overall, decent option if you’re looking for a cheap, easily stowable option for guests or maybe kids

Great price, quality & comfort. I already have 1 of these I've had for 1 year & it's been wonderful. Now every few weeks I turn it & mush it around so it doesn't go flat and that helps. I wanted a second one if I ever have guests or if I want even more confident by stacking them.

When I opened the bed, I thought it was thin. I thought there was no way this would be comfortable. I am pleasantly surprised! I have back problems and am in the middle of moving. I slept very well on this mattress. I normally sleep on a Tempur-pedic. Counter I recommend trying it.

This is by far the best firm mattress that i had, been looking for sturdy and comfortable for our back and finally we found one! It is easy to clean and alao fits out kind bed frame perfectly!

Mine was about 4 inches and I am planning to use it long term. My first time using it, I had mixed feelings. Can't really tell if the mattress itself is firm or if thats the floor I'm feeling. Sleeping on it is firm, but it might be too firm for some people. I would imagine it would be perfect if it was 6 inches thick instead of 4 inches. It's definitely better than sleeping on the floor though. I slept great sleeping on my stomach. The second time I slept on it, I tried sleeping on my back. Both times I slept comfortably, but I did experience more back stiffness and shoulder pain when I woke up (when I sleep on my back, I end up sleeping on my sides from time to time). If you get this floor bed, I recommend getting thick quality pillows/body pillows to add a touch of softness and support to different parts of your body (like neck, shoulder, and hips). I wouldn't recommend sleeping on this as is.

The mattress comes with a zippered cover, and two straps / bag for storing. It was packaged well, popped right open and didn’t need any fluffing. The cover feels nice and seems good quality. It slid in on fairly easy, and is the right amount of snug to not get bunched up or sag anywhere. I’ve just been folding it over during the day so I haven’t actually rolled it up, strapped it, and bagged it yet. I can tell it would roll up easy enough to fit in the bag, but it wouldn’t be that small. The bag is a little over 2.5’ wide and a little over 5’ long. I guess it depends on how tight you make the straps. I do need to mention I have it sitting on a 1” memory foam rug, so that may be giving a little extra comfort to it. But I tried it the first night and have actually slept on it every night since. That was about 3-4 weeks ago. I don’t use a sheet, just a blanket over me. After about a month of sleeping on it, it has kept it’s shape and the cover still feels soft and smooth. I feel like this mattress has helped my back not hurt as much in the morning. I fall asleep on my side and wake up on my stomach every morning. If you’re the same I’d suggest giving this a try. Might help you too.

Al acostarte en ella, te aisla perfctamente del suelo. Tiene una consistencia y textura agradables, es muy cómoda.
