VIVO Electric 71 x 30 inch Standing Desk, Dual Motor Memory Controller Height Adjustment, E2B Series, White Top White Frame, DESK-KIT-E2W7W

This is my first adjustable height desk. I sit and type for 10+ hours some days and starting to have back issues. Considered lower cost models with single lift motors, but settled on this VIVO dual motor. Assembly was straight forward, but I did have to pre-drill two holes on each side for mounting the top and the directions are clear to not use the larger screws that came with the frame assembly.Once assembled, the desk is very sturdy and the up/down operation is smooth. There are 3 presets as well as a digital height gauge. The desk works well both with an office chair and at standing levels. The three piece top is a hard, Formica type material that should resist wear well. The shape of the top is well design and allows an adequate amount of work area.

My son ordered a 71" x 30" VIVO stand up last month and was very happy with it, so I decided to try one myself. I ordered the 63" x 32". Super happy with the desk and decided to get a 60" x 24" one as a side desk as well. (I didn't need the side desk to be movable, but it was only $30 more than another brand's similar looking static desk, so decided it was worth making sure that the frame and tops matched exactly.)When the desks arrived I noticed they came with two different frames, I called the company to confirm I had received the right frames and was very impressed with my call being answered within just a couple minutes. I confirmed that I had received the correct frames. (One was dual motor, one was single motor.) Later I had another question about programming features and again, my call was picked up immediately and I received excellent support. Would highly recommend this product.I was concerned about the 63" desk being split in three pieces, but I don't really noticed it that much with a desk pad. My son got a black topped desk and he also said it was barely noticeable with a desk pad in place.

This desk cost half to one-third of the other, similar desks I was looking at, so I was skeptical. However, it seemed to have everything I needed except for some cable management, which I figured I could add for a small amount of money, so I went ahead and got it. Glad I did! The presets work great, and I like the cable pass-throughs that mean cables don't hang off the back and rub against the wall.The 2 reasons I knocked a star off: (1) The motor that raises and lowers the desk is a bit whiny. Not super loud, just more annoying than some other desks I tried out. (2) The desk is not so great for writing on because of the three-piece top and the texture of the surface.I was able to put it together by myself without too much trouble (although I could have used help turning it right side up again after assembly), but there are A LOT of screws, so it's a definite step up in difficulty from the average IKEA project.

This desk is sturdy, well made and quiet. I put it together myself except for setting it upright when it was finished. The desk surface is beautiful (I got the vintage brown) and good for writing and painting, and paint washes off easily. Couldn’t be happier!

The desk is solid but I didn't realize it would arrive in so many pieces. Amazon has other desks that don't require as much work to put together. In the end, it's a solid desk, however, the top always looks dirty from touching the surface. Even clean hands seem to make the desk look dirty. I would not advise choosing black, maybe a lighter color top will handle finger prints better.

Easy to put together. Instructions are accurate and easy to follow. The desk works perfect. Happy I got this desk!

The motors are super smooth and it feels very sturdy. The top is nice, will probably replace with wood at some point though. Love the depth. There is some wobble but not terrible. Not a huge desk guy but this does what I wanted and I’d say good for the price.

I work from home and wanted a standing desk. I loved the color options. I chose the great and white. Assemble was easy. It looks great in my room. There are presets available. They are easy to use and set. I love this desk. Very happy with my purchase.
