Ordered a milk frother on Amazon, plugged it in and nothing happened 🙃 no power no milk frothing such a disappointing experience. The said device was duly returned. I regard that as a lucky escape, I did more research and ordered the Rafow brand and was delighted with the product. Same day delivery which is outstanding to Aberdeen, a real quality product that does exactly what it advertises. This has transformed my morning first cup of coffee ☕️ I own a Sage bean to cup which costs more than £2K but this exceptionally well priced product delivers well beyond my expectations 😀 I'm having trouble registering the products warranty but sure I'll resolve that in due course 😉 It's without exception I give 💯 top marks and have already recommended to my friends.

Ordered as soon as previous one failed. Soon as delivered, cleaned and tested. Frothing milk is great (latte) Very quiet and easy to clean. It looks good with various options is speedy and fulfills what we need. Light and easy to set up and use. Markings for levels are inside and not easily read but use measuring jug anyway. No hesitation to recommend at this price point. If it lasts as long as previous one for durability well pleased. And there’s a 2 year guarantee included. Use frother daily!

It makes my drinks in such a good way. Whilst i froth up my milk in here, I’ll get to making my coffee or matcha base and then by the time i’m done, it’s ready to pour over. I’ve had a handheld whisk for YEARS but it never really did the same job. This on the other hand works like a kettle and it’s such a nifty appliance I can set up in minutes. I’ve been using it for a week so far. It frothed the milk quite nicely and makes it a barista texture when drinking. It’s super fast and perfect temperature however can be cleaned relatively easily. It also looks very sleek in our kitchen especially since the rest of our appliances are black and silver too. My only qualms is that sometimes it can get too frothy to the point you’re only drinking the froth instead of any milk so defo stir into any drink you make or add more milk. I also find the capacity is only really good for one drink at a time. Maybe two small ones which works for me since I’m really the only one in my household that has my drinks like this but if you got multiple, it’s going to feed a family in one go. The other thing is you have to be careful when you wash it if the bottom gets water into it, the manual says it can get damaged so be warned that you have to be careful! However, I definitely recommend and it’s amazing for it’s price point. And I’m sure I will get use of this all year round with their cool setting too!

We have just had this and its fantasic its like having a shop bought it took a few goes to get it spot on but would highly recomend its quiet quickand so so eady to clean we were going to go with a cheaper one but so glad we didnt its not just the coffee that tastes great but the hot chocolate as well and the horlicks all you have to do is follow the simple instuctions and then you can put your own little tweaks in to make your perfect drink cant rave enough about it well worth the money buy buy buy

Love it Very easy to use, longest setting is 2 minutes I make an expresso then add the froth to make my morning coffee In this heat in the afternoon I make an iced expresso & this froths and chills the milk Perfect

Fantastic customer service and a great product. Unfortunately, my original milk frother developed a fault, but after contacting the company they were absolutely brilliant. Communication was quick, friendly and professional throughout, and they promptly sent me a brand new replacement with no hassle at all. The new frother works perfectly and has become a really useful addition to our kitchen. We use it every day for making coffees, and it’s also ideal for gently warming milk bottles for our baby, which has been an unexpected bonus. Ordered this as a replacement as I damaged my old one. It’s a brilliant frother and the easiest to clean. You can even pull the spinning frother off to wash it and pop it back on. Great froth every time and love the hot chocolate function too.

I purchased this frother to replace the Morpilot frother which had a glass jug. Unfortunately the jug developed a crack, so no longer able to use it as apparently it’s impossible to get a replacement. In spite of numerous emails, I never received a reply from Morpilot; so I now have a fully functioning base which is useless without a container. The RAFOW I’ve just bought seems to work ok and looks good; but have only used it a few times, so unable to give five stars. So anyone thinking of buying a MORPILOT, be aware that if the glass jug gets broken, you won’t be able to replace it.

This electric milk frother is absolutely 5 stars. It warms milk and froths it perfectly, and it also works great for hot chocolate. The foam it makes is the real deal—thick, creamy, and stable like a coffee shop. What truly impressed me is how long the froth lasts. I’m not exaggerating: I made my coffee around 8 a.m., got busy, and forgot it in my office. When I came back later (around 5 p.m.), the froth was still there. I’ve never had any other frother do that. Nice design, good quality, product really meets expectations. Customer service is great too. Product did not work after few months, so I contacted customer service, and they sent me another one within two weeks!!! I had a very bad experience with product replacement in the past, and I was positively surprised with how smooth and fast this company sent me another product.
